Nice looking device. Easy to set up and use. A little expensive but worth it. I bought it as a replacement for a Logitech remote that was 6 years old.

Lots of really cool functions but everything is just too slow. If i press watch a movie yes it will turn on my tv, and stereo and player but it takes so long i might as well just get up and do it all myself. Also does not connect to blue tooth devices without buying more equipment :(

I like the fact that you can program so many devices. The functionality is pretty good overall. I don't like the soft channel select numbers. They don't seem to respond as well as the raised numbers on previous remotes.

I have a home theater where every item has its own remote. This item allowed me to put them all away and just use this one to control everything.

This remote is great if you want simplify controlling multiple devices. My one complaint is that the the touch screen is a bit slow to respond (We are all used to super fast smart phones) but overall it's a nice remote that is very customizable.

Just buy this remote. It really replaces every remote in your house. It even turns my air conditioner on and off lol. Works great with DirecTV!

This device performs as advertised. It is quite easy to set up and use. I have even found functions that are not advertised.

This remote was easy to program with the codes from all the devices handy. You can set up different systems to control with one simple remote.

The Touch Screen functionality is very similar to the smart phones currently on the market. The unit it very easy to use. Love the color icons.

I purchased 2 of these, 1 for my son for a gift, the other to use myself. My son reports no problems with his remote but mine doesn't want to work properly. I have to use the "help" button to get the proper settings each time I choose an activity. Not sure if it's the remote or the settings but my son set it up just like his and it isn't working properly. Although I do have more components and activities than he does but it still isn't working. I have 2 other harmony remotes in other areas of the house that work just fine. This one may get returned if a call to the company can't fix it.

It took some time to get this thing working. However, more and more smart items invade the house. Still looking into all the capabilities, but looks like this remote is compatible with IFTTT. If that's the case, that would be awesome.

This is my 3rd one of these and I have one in each room. I love these remotes. They control everything.

The system walks you through the set up process rather easily. However, there are a few quirks in the process that are not spelled out. Basically, it was trial and error to figure those out. Customer support personnel are helpful.

This is my first Harmony Remote, Is very good and I'm able to control all my devices but sometimes is very slow not as responsive as the regular remotes, but I can live with that. I like to control everything with just one remote :) so I recommend it to everyone.

This remote is a very good value despite the price. Set up is easy and it is also very easy to use. The menus are very user friendly.
