We bought this to replace an old remote and it works great.

This fit the bill to upgrade my non-backlit Harmony remote. It works well, looks good and easy to use.

This has been one of the best remotes I have ever owned. Beats my $600.00 Marantz hands down. Once it is set up it is flawless. Easy to use, great menus and a strong IR signal. Just very tedious setup. Really no way around it, too many different devices out there. Not hard, just takes a long time and some thought. We have a complicated setup. If it was for simply a TV, cable box and a DVD then it would be nothing to set up. Pick your devices, upload to remote and you're done.

Love this remote. Geek Squad set it up for me, so can't comment on ease to program. But very easy to use / navigate.

Touchscreen is touchy and the transport controls are in an awful location. With most people having DVRs having the controls above the screen does not work well.

The remote looks nice. Feels good holding it. Good amount of hard buttons. Just the touchscreen is a little touchy. Sometimes it works when I press and swipe and sometimes it doesn't.

The world of universal remotes will never be the same. All of the functions w/o having 10 remotes on your table!

I was very excited to receive this remote as a present. It was very easy to set using the USB cable. It comes with a cradle top charge the remote and use it as a stand so you'll never lose the remote. I use it in multiple rooms on multiple devices.

We use it in our motor home and it has helped my wife select her favorite channels with one touch. She loves it.

I recommend this to anyone who is tired of trying to find their remotes to work all their electronic devices connected to their tv's. I accidentally dropped and broke my original model and found it impossible to adjust to using several remotes.

We purchased this for a multi zone receiver, but it was useless for that application. Also, buttons are totally in the wrong place, and it has a narrow range of macros and screens you can program.

I was able to eliminate 4 remote controls with the use of this device. It is very user friendly once set up.

Works well with all my equipment. Takes a little time to get used to all the features and programming on the remote, give yourself an hour or two and you should be fine, Just follow the steps until you get comfortable, than you can take short cuts,

I am sure this remote will be great as soon as I get the Geek Squad to come over and set it up

although this is a decent product, for a reasonable price, I have prior experience of Logitech's customer service and it's not good. You are pretty much on your own to find solutions through the online knowledge base, or pay for telephone support

We had the geek squad set everything up for us, so that could be part of it, as I don't like it when I turn the blue-ray player on the tv cable screen turns off. The numbers on the screen don't always work when you want and I'd rather have separate number buttons like the cheaper remotes, and I don't like having to change screens all the time just to change the channel or whatever. I have a DVR and when it's taping and you turn the system off... when you go to start it again, you have to have the comcast remote and the power bar remote to get it all on the same page again, so I don't see the point in having a universal remote if you have to have the other remotes around.

Great product. We control many different components in our Home Theater Room and it is really easy to use.
