It works on all my devices and its easy to set up.

The bottons on the top of the remote are hard to access due the the remote's shape and screen position. Other wise it's everything I could ask for.

Takes a little getting used to finding the sub-menus, like the "help" button when an activity doesn't turn on all devices. This was an upgrade from my previous 750 Harmony.

over all it is a decent lay out the up right charger is pretty nice i have had 3 harmony remotes previously and so far this is probably the best but time will tell on the over all product.

Bit of a learning curve, but for non tech people, we are getting the hang of it and it is great not having multiple remotes to deal with.

The overall concept of the touchscreen functionality is great. However, the user interface is quirky at times. I have to be very careful not to mistakenly touch the screen when picking up the remote or I might press the screen and cause the wrong function to take place. I've also noticed that functions will randomly occur when I put the remote down. The buttons on the remote itself are difficult to read, especially in dim light conditions.

While the Harmony Touch is smaller than the Harmony One, I don't like the location of the control buttons, difficult to use. Also, this remote is slippery along the edges, very dangerous to handle. A lot of issues for $250, I paid half the amount for the Harmony One. Setup was easy though.

I have always been happy with my Logitech remotes and this one is no different, Having caught a great deal on the price of this Harmony Touch 15, I couldn't be happier! It did take a little getting used to the new controls vs my old Harmony but now it is smooth sailing. You're missing out if you don't get a Harmony remote!

I have the old harmony for another tv; this new one is even easier.

Overall, works GREAT! In fact, ordered a 2nd one for our other TV.

This is a replacement of a previous harmony 900 remote. The elite was very easy to setup, especially with the update process due to the prior remote. It is very easy to use and controls everything from the tv and cable to my Nest thermostat. It is a little expensive, but worth it if you want the best controller available today.

Liked the idea of an all-in-one remote but this Logitech Touch wasn't consistently responsive to touch commands. Ended up taking it back. After trying it, went on-line to find info & reviewers at CNET & PC Mag said the touch screen wasn't responsive all the time so it wasn't the user, although that's what the Geek guy tried to tell us. When he showed us how to use it 'correctly', it didn't respond to his touch command either.
