We love having to use only one remote. So glad we bought it.

Until now product is goo, at least for the promotion price i ordered. I will see if product continue being as good as is seems to be

There are two big problems I have with the remote. First, it takes a moment for your device to react to the button you press and second, the remote is very slow when navigating the touch screen menus. It doesnt seem like these are very big problems but to me they are. If I select power on one of my TVs, I end up pressing it again because the TV hasnt recieved the signal, then it turns on and then off again.

I suffered with 5 or 6 remotes in my movie theater room before I finally decided to buy a universal remote. I've always had my eye on this one and thanks to the reduced price, I was finally able to get it and couldn't be happier with the purchase!

This remote is small, fits well into our hands; however, it has many features that one must learn to use. Once we get use to it, I think we won't want to use anything else.

This is our second Harmony remote. The first one lasted for 7 years which is why we purchased another one. The touch screen is used for most functions and is very intuitive. The vertical charger is an improvement over our original device which just layed in a cradle and sometimes would not charge because it was slightly out of position.

Excellent remote that I am replacing logitech 890 with. Works great behind closed doors and has a touch screen interface that's very helpful. I kept on looking for logitach remotes as they are the best in industry without any professional installation for thousands less than custom installation. You can also change settings online.

I like this product better than the Harmony 900 that I had.

I thought at first that is would not perform as it was described. I also wondered about the price of the technology. I soon became to realize that it would operate as described and good technology sometimes appears to be expensive. You will realize that it is worth the extra expense to get what you have invested your money in.

Nice to have one remote to control all my devices, but if I turn on the TV the Bose Amp won't turn on until I play the "fix the problem" game. I have reinstalled the devices on the web site several times. The device is a little clummsy to use with changing stations and pressing buttons. I work around the problems, but I'm not thinking it's great, and would look for something else if I had to do it over again. For me personally, I never use the favorites screen. Easier just to go the guide.

There is a problem that Logitech did not create, but they can't fix either. Commands from any remote (these are IR based) tells equipment what to do (turn on, turn off, change channel, etc.). The problem is the remote does not get any feedback that the equipment heard. The human is the feedback - if it didn't turn on, you hit the command again. Logitech stacks multiple commands under one button, possibly talking to multiple equipment (turn on tv, turn on DVR, set tv input to DVR, go to list and play #3, or whatever). If one of those commands gets skipped (like the TV took too long to turn on and missed the command to change the input), then the entire sequence after that is meaningless or confusing to the equipment. AND THE REMOTE HAS NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS so it can't be smart enough to resend commands - the human has to laborously resend them individually. So, pretty design on the remotes, but functionally they are more trouble than they are worth. You're better off getting a cheap remote that can simulate each piece of equip. you have and you manually do the commands, one at a time.

Works great, however, the play fwd rwd buttons should be placed at the lower portion of the remote.

Had an earlier model of the Logitech universal remotes and one of the buttons had gotten worn out after a while so we decided to upgrade. We found this remote and it was a great price. It's touch screen and can load your favorite channels so it's one click away. Works great. We love it.

Our old logitech Harmony remote went kaput. Decided to upgrade to newer. model/. Happy we did. It imported all of our previous settings and has been quite easy to use. Also smaller and more comfortable form factor than previous harmony remotes.

Saves the clutter of having different remotes for all devices I have in living room. For the price that I got it, it was a steal!!

I want to rearrange the devices list on the remote. You are able to rearrange the remotes activities on the remotes screen, however not the devices order. I used the email tech support, and couldn't get an answer to my question. After several emails, I never heard anything back, so I waited and waited, and then days later I called Logitech for an answer. I was told the remote does not have that feature I was hoping for, and that the tech guy who was handling my case number had gone on vacation, and was out of the office, and that is why I never heard back from Logitech. Really? I was amazed at that answer from another person I spoke to at Logitech in tech support. It does what it is supposed to do, however they could have fine tuned it's features alittle more. I just wish my old Harmony One Remote had not died, I liked it much better.
