So far we love the ease of one remote for everything. The TV, Cable, Sound, Apple, Game system, DVD-Bluray, all on one remote is great. We would recommend it to retirees, like us. It is touch sensitive, but, we are getting used to it. Plus, no batteries to worry with, because it has a recharging dock.

I really like the remote and features so far. Everything is digital so u do have to flip through multiple screens to find what ur looking for.

Product does what it is advertised to do. One caution - Harmony is NOT a Blue Tooth product. So, if you use Amazon Fire Stick, you can program Harmony to open all the devices correctly, but you must use your Fire Stick to get to the Home Page and go wherever from there.

I like the ease of having one remote instead of many. It is a bit complicated to setup though but once you get it there it works pretty well.

It's slimmer and keeps charge for long time. That is the positive. Negatives are that 50% of time doesn't do what you pushed on screen to do then you have to filter through three more screens to turn on something and turns in to more work than it's worth. Also-can't type in numbers for channels. They have to be manually added or you have to scroll through all the screens in menu. Awful flaw.

I bought this thinking it would be a big step up from the voice command remote I already had from Comcast. It really wasn't worth all that extra money so I ended up returning it. My Comcast remote already turns on my TV and receiver and controls the receiver volume. I mainly wanted the Logitech remote to change my TV presets and to power on/off my devices as I switch between different inputs. It cant do anything for the Nintendo switch since it doesn't have any IR capabilities so that was one problem still unsolved. When I switched to my apple TV it would power it on but once I switched to something else it wouldn't power it back off which was annoying. So it ultimately would only run by TV, receiver and Xbox which my Comcast remote already did 2 of those 3 so I returned it. IT was more cumbersome to use while viewing cable than my Comcast remove anyway. Cool idea, just not the most practical device when there are some pretty sweet remotes out there from cable providers you get for free.

Works as advertised, nice replacement for an older Harmony device. Nice to have the colored buttons to control special DirecTV functions.

Good, but doesn't work well with receivers that you have to hit input several times to cycle through hdmi, aux, fm, etc

This remote is a real nice remote for ones that understand newer technology. If you don't understand, don't buy.

It's odd shape makes it hard to hold comfortably in a large hand and use the buttons. EXPENSIVE.

The remote has a lot of great features that I'd like to use, but the delay in doing anything on the remote and the terrible touch screen interface make this thing one of the worst remotes yet. I returned this, since it was easier to just use my 3 remotes than waiting for this device to send any command.

Poor Ergonomics, not nearly as user friendly as past harmony remotes, poor design, have to press a button for remote to light up as opposed to past remotes which light up with movement(a key feature). I've had three prior harmony remotes and this one does not stack up.

The myharmony software made it easy to transfer my devices and activities from my old harmony 650. I can control 7 devices in any combination. with one touch. If you have a home theater it is the perfect remote.

There are other Harmony remotes that are more capable than this one. Okay if you don't need that much flexibility,
