This item works great but is only a good deal for the money when it is a "daily deal" The display is excellent

This is my third harmony remote and it is the best one I've owned. The other two were good but the buttons didn't last very long and would have to press really hard to get it to work. This one is perfect. Spend a little more to get this remote and you'll be happy.

this is my 4th harmony remote and this my first touch screen one and one that is of the premium variety this remote is great in every way, very fast and you can customize just about anything on the phone, very happy with this purchase

This remote control is really cool. It lets you setup activities so you only have to press one button to turn on all the devices and change the inputs for that activity. This remote lets you change the wallpaper and icons of your activities.

I had this device a few weeks and only returned it after learning the SMART TV remote well enough to support basic needs.

Had the Harmony 900 before we purchased this one and I liked the way this one worked better. It is more sensitive to the touch which makes changing channels much quicker. It has a really neat screen that allows you to swipe to fast forward, change volume, etc.

This works well for all of our home theater ewuipment sans a few devices that are bluetooth like our PS4.

Our old Harmony remote finally gave up the ghost and this new one is a very nice replacement. We particularly like the touchscreen and charging stand. As always, it was a breeze to "program" and operates our A/V components seamlessly.

Well it could be better for the price. Little hard to synchronize some electrionics

Ive been a harmony ambassador telling every person who loves technology about how great the harmony one i currently own is. I figured it was time to replace my nearly ten year old remote. Unfortunately the nee remote play and forward options are at the top of the remote but the he grip is at the bottom. I wish someone had commented about this so im doing it now.

Works just as they state. Battery is great and last for a long time between charges. Screen is very responsive and easy to read. Also love how the remote fit in the hand. All around a great remote to reduce the number of remotes needed.

Met the demands of creating one remote use of alll our home media devices.

I own a Harmony 650 remote and this one is supposed to be an upgrade. Unfortunately, it doesn't really feel like I am getting a better remote. I would say it functions well, but it is not as easy to use as the Harmony 650. My wife wouldn't use it as she finds it less intuitive than the Harmony 650. For the price of this remote, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is my first "universal" remote. While I like the cool LCD screen I haven't been able to get the remote to execute a few functions and the "learn" feature has not been effective at all. I may need to reconsider my selection.

I've put my other three remotes in a drawer because I don't need them. My satellite remote, TV remote, and surround sound remote all replaced with this one remote. Even has the same buttons on the touch screen as all of my remotes!

Very handy device; much better than previous models.

Outside of having to tweak things in the programming it is an excellant remote.

Had to reset it cause it wasn't working after a few weeks. Once I reset the remote it worked fine.

I bought this remote. Plugged it in to the computer, followed the instructions, answered the questions and it was all set. After trying other remotes to try to talk to all the components, it was nice to find one that talked to all easily.

Logitech definitely knows how to put out great products. This remote has not given me any issues. It's been a few years now that I've owned it and it still works great. Will buy again.
