Love these remotes so far. Have two and no complaints here. Easy to program, good device support, awesome channel bookmarks. Just may be difficult for older people who aren't used to touch screen interfaces like on iPhone, tablets, etc.

Was difficult to program and had to call customer service but once I did all was great!!!

It lets u get rid of all the individual remotes, easy to program and very user friendly.

I could not get it work on my Mac computer and I called the help line and I was put on hold for 2 hours I left the phone on just to see how long it would take and after that I just hung up. I purchased a motorized screen and was looking for a remote to work everything and this was not it. Still looking for a remote if anyone has a idea.

I always have been a fan of Logitech. But they have out done themselves with this remote. It continues to improve my quality of life. By pairing this remote with Philips Hue lighting I can easily manage my home.

Not much to say. the remote looks very nice but you have to be very close to it for it to work fine.

I have had other Logitech devices before. Hard to set up and hard to use even for me and I am an IT guy. This device takes very little time to set up and use. I have four devices but I know it will work with more. My girlfriend loves. it.

This remote has been extremely useful. Following directions gets you easily through the set up process and once that's done you'll love the interaction it provides with all systems and the highly developed touch screen. Great buy.

Makes it really easy to switch between inputs. Simply touch one button and everything syncs together. I still use some of the other remotes (my preference) but this makes everything easy. Easy setup on computer.

This remote was just what I needed to control my receiver, dvd and cable box. It allows you to program in your favorite channels, has a color display and a charging station so you never need to change batteries.

Great Remote lets you do advacnced programming of devices.

Took what seemed like hours for Geek Squad to program the bloody thing, and it has this tendency to give the wrong thing when you try to slide the touch screen (it will light up some option instead of letting to access a different option). Ridiculously overpriced; battery life is awful, and every so often it just stops working for a few hours.

Nice control, easy to use however the set up is not so great.

Good remote, however complicated to learn how to use and link your devices.

My techie recommended and the price is right. Last time I bought a nearly thousand dollar device which is now obsolete and no better than this device.

This remote is a pain to operate. The touch screen is not very responsive. If it is not aimed directly at all devices, it gets confused. It might turn some of the devices on or off. It is a nuisance to correct. It is not intuitive when trying to change channels. If I had it to do it over, I would never buy this thing.

I had purchased an older model of the Logitech Universal Remote and Love it....When I saw the Touch and read about its reviews and capabilities..I knew I had to have it....Have to say...It is GREAT !

Handy remote with a few irritating quirks. Once it is set up it works great.
