I overall like this remote, compare to the old Harmony remotes I owned prior to this one

Works great as advertised ! Sometime feels I am digging too much to do something simple.

I was really looking forward to this remote coming out. The charging stand is great and the price is pretty good but I hate the layout. I bought this remote to replace a Harmony One and tried to use it for 3 weeks but absolutely could not get use to it. I dislike the new display. Swiping through each activity one by one is painful. The guide button is too low on the remote and difficult to use with one hand. There is no more auto light when it detects motion, you have to press the screen. Typing numbers on the LCD is a hassle.

It does what I need it to do to have a complete,great, home theater (picture and sound)

Prior remote was a Harmony One, the Touch was a nice upgrade for the price

I thought to Product was going to allow to basically have one r emote for every tv in my home and did girls products that I have. This is not the case with this remote so I returned it. It was not what I was looking for when they said universal remote.

My wife always wanted me to get rid of all of my remotes, but I resisted because I thought a universal remote would not perform all of the necessary functions. The Logitech Harmony has made me a believer.

This is my second Harmony remote, the first being a Harmony One which I had for close to a decade. I thought the Touch would be an adequate replacement, but it's just not. It's built well enough, and I got it on sale, but will probably replace with something designed intelligently. My biggest gripe is the layout. All of the playback controls are above the touchscreen, which often results in accidental touches on the screen when trying to hit Play, FF, etc. Other issues include missing motion activation, soft keys (activities and favorites) not backlit, bad "off" button location, and lack of programming customization. The touch screen is pretty great, although the gesture feature can be sluggish. Programming was simple for me, better than old the One. Battery life isn't great and the battery isn't replaceable.

Logitech once again allows you to use their data storage of your ir commands and transfer them to a new remote seamlessly. Very little effort for me to load, adjust and use right away

If you have children's hands with little fingers you can use this remote very easily. Returned it because I couldn't change channels easily, use the guide easily, or toggle between options very well.

This is a nice remote but you need experience or a lot of practice.

Programming is tedious but when completed it seems to work well.

The technical support is excellent and once set up the remote is easy to use.

I have several devices that are used with this remote and in different configurations. Response is very fast ( and adjustable to your suiting) and works perfect every time. Very well done Logitech!

I love using the touch screen and it's ease of the features. I only have to charge it weekly and saves on the purchase of batteries. I also enjoy using one remote instead of 5. A great purchase!!

This is my forth Harmony remote and the best ever! Simple key arrangement and no more hunting for additional keys, just swipe the display to see more pages of pertinent keys.

Fantastic customization options, transferred from older harmony. Would totally recommend this to anyone with sub par technological competences.

So far so good, i have only had this freezer for a few months.
