Two visits to get the remote to control the TV from best buy employees.

This was a great price. Bought on one of the flash sales. Remote was very easy to program, and my wife loves only having one remote for tv, DVD 's and netflicks

Its a universal remote that costs over $200. I have a projector and TV setup in a room and with the amount of machines running this would have been nice to easily control everything on a couch or chair but the tranceiver doesnt connect usually, it needs to be pointed to what you want to use and the range is pretty low. It does has a cool feature you can have everything turn on together but overall this remote is decent, would have expected something as expensive as this to have better communications equipment. Also, makes an annoying buzzing sound, its not loud but if you have good hearing you will pick up on it.

I have had a tone of universal remotes and the Logitech Harmony remotes are the best. I have had different version of them and they have all been great.

After using more complex remotes - MX880 - this was easy to program and change with my constantly changing equipment in my Media Room. Highly recommend for single room use.

The best universal remote from Logitech yet. The Harmony Touch integrated flawlessly with my hub.

I used this devise in my media room.I can use one remote to control up to 15 devices. This eliminate using a remote control for each device which can get confusing.

This thing will randomly change you from TV to Movie to PS4 for no reason. Doesn't always turn on all your devices at the push of one button. Sometimes more trouble than it's worth. Had a lower end version from same manufacturer works much better.

Nice touch remote but not as good as my Harmony One. Harmony One screen is much easier to use. Doesn't require as much pressure as the touch remote.

Keys are too small, making it too easy to touch the wrong keys. Devices takes too long to react to commands. Odd shape is dificult to make device comfortable in your hand. Key layout not natural nor is it easy to reach all keys, let alone in functionality grouping.

It is a very good product however the instructions to activate the remote are not up to date. Other than that it does what is supposed to do well.

When the screen was ruined on my second remote and the manufacturer offered no help, I waited a year before replacing it with a new Harmony remote. (I did ultimately replace it with a similar unit because no other remote works as well or is as simple to use)

Despite reading the Best Buy reviews and Logitech site info, I couldn't get this to work from behind a cabinet door. Phone support said I needed to buy yet another remote and I could then use the hub that came with this remote. I think not.

Great Remote! Very Simple to program, it took about 10 minutes. The only thing is I don't use it much at all. Thought I would use it much more!

This was a replacement of an older version that just died. I was able to just connect to Logitech and all my settings from the old remote transferred over.

this has mixed reviews but i love this remote! if you are a harmony fan, you'll love it too.

I was forced to get this when my Hamony one went bad. Logitech like everyone else these days felt a need to improve what was already nearly perfect. The plus is adequate but that is about it.
