    We upgraded to this remote from a simpler Harmony. We didn't love it, but it was fine. We didn't set it up; Geek Squad did. Just stopped working pretty soon, and we're waiting weeks for G.S. to come out and look at it.

    I miss my old Logitech Harmony One. This is okay. The menus and button layouts leave a little to be desired but I'm getting used to it and customizing it with the included software.
