    This company, Logitech has great customer support but very complicated to program. Two calls to them and it's still not programmed correctly. Very disappointing. Their web site kept knocking me off with an error message "ue 1000" but no one could tell me what that meant. Finally I gave the tech all my devices and he did the programming for me but I still have to call them back a third time to set up the tasks.

    The support team tried to help me set up operations of the item, but I am not going to use it anyway. It is so unintuitive, the IR stream has a narrow angle, item works sometimes, and doesn't work sometimes - randomly. It is incompatible with home automation protocols and compatible with Logitech hub only. This is the third Logitech remote I refuse to use due to it's inconvenience.
