I appreciate the way it sets up TV watching at the start of a viewing session, but it is inconsistent, difficult to switch devices, and too hard to learn how to use it!

I have had a previous model of Harmony remote and was happy. I bought this one because of the touch screen and because of the sale price of $99. It does not properly control the Apple TV. The touchscreen is neat to look at but does not offer much useful functionality. One thing it does do well is that it turns all the devices on and off quickly - almost instantly. My old remote takes several seconds to perform this task.

I have had too may issues with syncing with Bose audio system. Seem like every time I want to use it the battery is dead and have to resort to the all the other remotes. Does not have a handy "select" button for smart TV.

This looks good on paper but you need to be a TV wiz to operate it. I was able to get to change the channels on an Xfinity setup but that was all!

Previous Logitech remotes work much better. The commands are inaccurate, and the remote works very slowly

We have had 2 geek squads to the house and it is still not programmed correctly. It has a slow reaction time on touch pad. Almost impossible to punch in 4 digit H D channel.

I took this back and bought the 650. The touch is too small and you have to use the tiny screen to put in the channels. I prefer a remote that has everything at your fingertips.

Before purchasing this product we had five remotes to contend with now we are down to one and no battries to change

not impressed. liked the one better but was forced to upgrade. have to really push the buttons hard for it to understand.

No matter what I did, I couldn't get it to link to my computer. I tried two different desktops and a laptop. I deleted the program and reinstalled it. No matter what I tried, it would not recognize it when I plugged it into the computer. I returned the first remote thinking I had just bought a defective one. The second one, new out of the box, same problem. I also tried multiple USB cords with the same results.

A disappointing remote. Good as far a having an excellent set of pre-programmed instructions. but fails at having granular control of created macros. Fails to learn functions that are incorrectly pr-programmed. Lacks timer functions even though it has a clock. If you want an item to stay on even when the "all off" button is pressed, it can't be done. It's pretty, but for function it's back to the Sony RM-AX4000.

I'm really disappointed overall. I thought it would be much easier to set up and use. It locks up frequently. And it's way too expensive.

I purchased this item because it was marked down from 299 to 99. Not worth it for 99.

this is by far the most frustrating logitech remote i have ever had. i, honestly, dreaded using it. you never knew what you were going to get when you pressed a button. anyway, as of today, i threw it in my drawer and replaced it with a harmony 665. $49 and great. wish i did not wait so long and i had some refund or exchange options.

Stoped working after 2 weeks I have to keep it in the power station and point every time at the tv for it to work.

i had to return it.i was unable to program this remote to my home audio video equipment.

I have had and paid for two Geek Squad visits. The devise is not working so I can not watch TV. The tecks can make it work when they are here because they are trained. When they leave I can not use it. Worst electronic product I have ever purchases and the poorest service.

Not a fan at all of this remote. Never would turn on tv right away, turning channels was a chore as you has you hit a button like a million times to turn it. Shutting tv off with it with even having a receiver and ps4, ha, a joke. Always was lagging majorly.

The Logitech remote was returned as the product was much to hard to deal with.

I had problems with setting up two activities of the same; the second would not work. Watch TV and Watch TV Bedroom. I spent over an hour on the phone with Logitech with the first remote I bought. After troubleshooting, I was told to exchanged. Had the same issue with the second remote.
