A little pricey, but really easy to use and install. The touch screen has a few scrolling quirks, but that's about it. I must say though that the salesperson told me I could just point it at the TV and all the devices would turn on or off...that is not the case...in face when turning it on a message is displayed stating that the remote must be pointed at all devices.

Had older universal remote that eventually broke. This one is better. I hate the play pause buttons at top-too far away from fingers. Feels Good I’m hand. But the functions or activities you set (like watch tv) work great. Always works. Overall good. But buy on sale for $59 or you might not be as happy.

Great remote for everything except I wish there was a set of page up/page down hard buttons on the remote instead of in the touch screen.

The best feature with this remote is using the other electronic devices we own such as CD player, VHS player as well as DVD Blue Ray. It is simplified extremely well. We had good training from Geek Squad but still took some time to feel really comfortable.

After owning many Harmony remotes. Logitech finally got setup and commands spot on. Especially with the nuances of Smart TV's. Sorry to see that it is being discontinued. I trust the new models will be just as easy to setup and will function as well.

This is my second Harmony remote. This one is a little hard to get used to because of the displays replaced buttons. Still a good item though. It can control my TV, Soundbar, Blue Ray player and 12 other devices if need be.

The Harmony Ultimate One is a fantastic remote. All that is required to get the most out of it is a computer. If you need a remote that will allow you to easily control multiple brands and components, this is a wise choice.

The setup is what blew me away. You charge it, turn it on, plug it into computer, select your devices save settings and done! It took 30 min to sync and create an entire list of devices and quick key settings to do specific tasks! Its great!

This is the second Logitech Harmony Ultimate that we have purchased. It works so well in the living room, that we will use this one in the man cave. Easy to program and makes systems with multiple brands work seamlessly.

This device is very easy to setup, however, it can be awkward to use, especially since it constantly locks itself.

I moved to Denver about 7 months ago and ended up buying new equipment (TV, soundbar, 4k Blu Ray player), and wanted a remote to go with it. I looked at this remote at the time, but couldn't see spending the $250 it was going for at the time. The week before Xmas my local store had one on sale for $69.99, so I had to buy it. The remote controls all of my devices easily, setting up favorite channels is easy via the website, and everything pretty well works as expected. I haven't had an issue at all.

Great features. It does control my components well. Does take some time and knowledge to set up using computer and Logitech web site.

Great remove. Just a bit different from the 650. The touch screen is just a bit too sensitive. But as a whole it works very well..

The remote performs as described. I have two issues though. One is it stops working sometimes and i have use my order one util i can snyc it. Two is the location of tbe buttons they are not in good locations. Buttons that are used the least are in the best location. The more popular ones are in ackward position to use with the remote shape the way it is. These are not problems as much as a nusaice.

Took a long time to get this set up as one must use a computer and manually select each component. I still can't get it to work with the sound bar. Old model of this remote was much better when all I had to do was point it at the device that I wanted to link it to and push a button for it to automatically connect to each device. Too much money for this product - next time I'd go with a cheaper alternative

This remote is great for anyone from the tech savvy to your less savvy parents. I’ve been using Logitech Harmony remotes for at least 10 years and love them. I was tired of having to use different remotes to control my tv, sound system, Xbox, dvd/ blu-ray, etc. So I purchased a Harmony to try it out and now I’m hooked. After programming it, watching anything is a breeze and I don’t have to juggle remotes. My parents are not so savvy. They would always forget what inputs had to be turned on for what so I purchased them one too. With the hit of one button they can watch a movie with the surround on and not have to worry what they need to set everything too. With just a little set up, their remote was up and running. The interface is user friendly too, if they ever hit something on accident and everything is not where it needs to be set, simple yes/no questions guide them to the solution. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of the clutter of remotes that sit around.

So i bought this to replace my older Logitech 650 remote, and it is so far a pretty good upgrade. First off, the Harmony software is fantastic: super easy to setup, saves all your remotes and settings so swapping remotes is a breeze. Now, I'm not a huge fan of touch-screen buttons, they just never seem to always work right or you touch one of the buttons above or below it, but it seems like a good solution and the variety of stuff that can appear in the screen is really nice. The only other minor complaint that i have is that compared to the Harmony 650, if you are close to your A/V equipment, this remote doesn't seem to have a wide spread for the infrared beams it shoots out. If you are close to the equipment, you might not get everything to turn off/on properly as compared to if you step back 5 or 10 feet. The Harmony 650 seemed better in this regard. Minor complaint but still a complaint. Other than that, its a solid remote with a lot of nice features, especially for the price it was on sale for.

Setup should be easy. Had to contact Logitech and they had to setup from their end. Still, remote turns on all devices at 5am. Logitech had no idea why. Called again after it happened twice more. Called Logitech again, their excuse is, must be voltage drop. Then, Sharp TV has to have Aquos link disconnected. Return the remote, replaced, so far it works better.
