Does everything it's supposed to but touch screen has an irritating delay when first using the screen

It works pretty well with my equipment, I love the fact that it has a charging base, so no more batteries for me!!

Dont let the look fool you. This is overly complicated. The set up is cumbersome and if you make a mistake you will be in a state of confusion until u fix. Functionality when switching between peripherals was too much. I'll wait until technology is more advanced before purchasing another universal remote.

An excellent replacement or supplement to manufacturer'so remote and certainly an enhancement.

This would be an awesome remote if it also included number keys/button for turning the channels. Only way to jump from cannel 4 to channel 244 is to page or scroll 1-by-1 thru the channels. You could program your favorite channel as icons on the display, but this becomes usual less if you have more than 15 channels. I returned it.

Works but hard to get it to put all systems on have to go back to device settings all the time

Kind of a cumbersome product... Wasn't as smart of a remote as I expected.

Here is a summary of the operation of this remote... 1. Swipe screen to turn on 2. Select "Devices" 3. Select TV 4. Select "Power On" 5. Hit "Back" 6. Hit "Back" 7. Hit "Back" (attempt to use function keys with no result} 8. Select "Watch TV (even though the TV is on after step 4) 9. Wait about 30 seconds for remote to connect with TV (every time) (Remote turns on TV, DVD and Stereo at the same time. TV automatically recognizes DVD and changes source to HDMI, blocking out TV) 10. Use regular TV remote to manually change source back to TV (eventually unplug DVD from power source out of frustration). 11. Harmony remote is now functional (after about 2 minutes), and keep fingers crossed that the commands function properly (75% of the time). 12. Hit "Off" when not watching. 13. Repeat steps 1-11 the next time you want to watch TV. Would I recommend? NOPE!

I am having all kinds of glitches. It rarely works like it should when you first turn it on.

Though the built and design are elegant, swithing between devices is easier with your TV remote than with this universal remote. Further, without separate purchase of the Hub, this device cannot control your Dish TV2 nor your Roku channels. I am not sure if it would be worth it even if you invest in the hub separately.

I only bought this for 2 reasons. 1. It was a Logitech product . 2. It was on sale. I never expected this thing to be this awful. With every passing month it became more unusable. No matter how many times I did a factory reset , erased everything powered it off. No matter what I did. It still sucks. Normally a solution could be found. Perhaps an update would be released. No, no , and NOPE ! Complete garbage. How terrible is it ? Well. It has almost no range at all maybe a line of sight 4 feet . At random it loses volume control , menu control , all controls. So I power it off. Back to normal for maybe a day. Maybe 2 minutes. As the months went on. Even a factory reset and syncing my settings via the Harmony software... Even that does nothing. I wish I could get a refund. Don't buy this no matter how low the price goes.

This remote is far too expensive for the terrible software experience that surrounds it. Felt like I had bought something designed 5 years ago, rather than a modern product. Returned and got their cheaper model, which has been fantastic.

The touch screen is way too sensitive and you can easily lock up the entire remote. If you try cleaning the screen in a room separate from the items you control it senses an operation and since it does not get a response back from the devices locks up. Have had to reset the control to fctory settings several times in order for it to function period.

The remote is ok, a bit too much, also has a long delay in buttons

the remote seems reasonable but I have two problems with it: first; programing was a go around and around and around. difficult and frustrating. it is probably made that way to let the store charge you for programing it. second; you cannot hold it well in your hand and still push every button you want..

The website instructions did not help, a little to complicated for me...

Some things it does well, others its seemingly useless.

Bought this as a replacement for a 650 remote and didn't care for it.
