This is my third Logitech Harmony remote. I don't care for the design of this one compared to previous models. Eliminate the number pad on a remote ? really?? Favorites are a very nice feature, but don't replace the need for a number pad and I don't care for the one offered on the touch screen. (my husband HATES it). Setup was tough since I already had the 'software' installed on my laptop and the the packinging/instructions did not make it clear that you needed to download and install NEW software from a different vendor. Took a phone call to support to get it cleared up. I find it very odd (and a poor design decision) that you can't manage all of the features from the software. Some things you have to do on the remote..some things in the software. CONFUSING! All in all - I just don't care for this release which is a shame because I have loved this line of removtes. Once I got the proper software installed - setup was easy and straightforward as I have come to expect from Logitech. The remote has been mostly reliable and has mostly worked properly. I wish I had a new purchase my old Harmony One...

Overall a good remote however can get very frustrating

Good quality construction, however programmed sequences to turn on more than one device disables some basic functions like Volume or Channel selection without returning to that specific device within the menu.

So I dix buy this for the mother-in-law while she watched the house she is very untech savy .. Every single day I've had to re sync and reprogram it. Needless to say my mom in law didn't watch tv that weekend. This particular product blows!!!!!

instead of making things easier it made things way too complicated. I was faster for me to just grab the other remotes to get things done. Too many buttons to press just to get to a remote.

I HATE this remote! It does whatever it wants. You don't even have to touch it and it changes the channel. All I wanted was ONE remote so I didn't have to have 3 to watch tv...I got a headache.

The remote itself felt nice, and I love the Logitech Harmony Hub, but this remote touchscreen was just too sensitive. It would be activated by brushing against a pillow, or being flipped upside down.

A little cumbersome to operate, then it lost its programming and ability to turn on and off all the accessories I had programmed. Now it is a pain in the butt to operate efficirntly

Too complex to use. Have to change screens, and select correct component just to adjust the volume. The touch screen is VERY touchy.

Remote worked well for about three months for TV, Receiver, and Apple TV. All of the sudden quit working. Haven't been able to reprogram it to see if that would fix it.

It was difficult to connect to my Sony sound bar. Also it is not practical as a DirectTV now user since their are no channel numbers to use the quick change display.

I got this remote for Christmas and it broke within 2 days wouldn't even turn on anymore. I charged it for another day with no results and even tried the reset instructions online. Basically tried everything to get this remote going again. It was awesome for the time I had and was really excited about it, but it was a fail. I also didn't like that I had to download software and plug a usb to a computer. Who even own's computers nowadays everything is reliant on apps and tablets. So needless to say I returned it and got my money back.

This is a good remote if you only use IR type controllers. The Fire remote is not this type. Using a Hub may help, although I have not been particularly successful with that.

I read reviews on this remote, however, it was hard to use with my Sonos sound system and Samsung 65" tv Very confusing, better off with a much more simple all in one remote

After one month of usage the remote just died one day. The screen went dead and it wouldn’t charge.
