One of the worst remote I ever owned. Touch screen not responsive. Absolutely terrible remote>

Wouldn't keep memory, to easy to swipe screen by mistake and change something that you did not want

after you load a device onto the remote only have the functions work with the device

i havent been able to get all devices programmed. it is not user friendly as i hoped

Fast foward and reverse stopped working after 3 weeks. Bought the Companion and love it.

This is the worst remote I have ever purchased. I will never buy this brand again.

Returned this .. it appeared to be promising but just a pain in the butt.

Returned, Not compatible with my New Phillps 4K-Ultra TV :(

It is slower maneuvering around but has lots of bells n whistles.

Logitech web site would not recognize this remote!!

This remote is decent, but not as good as the Original One. The button layout is not well thought out. The FF button is at the top above the touch screen. When ever I am using the remote to control my DVR and I fast forward through commercials, my hand hits the touch screen and changes the channel. The work around for this is to scroll off the Favorites screen, bit it's still very annoying.

I purchased the Harmony Ultimate One to replace my aging Harmony 1100. I like the one handed form factor of the Ultimate One, the ease of set up and use. One remote to control all of your home theater devices. The battery typically lasts me 2-3 days. For some reason I remember my Harmony 1100 lasting me a bit longer than that, but it is not a deal breaker. I just needed to train myself to remember to drop it on the charger more frequently. I chose the Ultimate One over the more expensive Harmony Ultimate because I do not have any of my devices hidden in cabinets that would require the IR blasters or the Harmony Hub.

This remote was easy to set up and very easy to use. If you know how to use a smart phone you can use this remote. We now have one remote versus 4. It is so nice to touch one icon and have all of the devices sync up and be ready to watch TV or insert a DVD to play a move. I had read prior reviews and after setting up and using ours, I am surprised by some of the negative comments. I bought one for my father, he is not computer literate nor uses a smart phone but I am confident that he will have no problem at all using this device.

Ultimate One, a very good remote, pricey, but does everything you'd want in a remote and then some. Very easy to set up if you have all your product info. This remote does not include the hub, nor can you control Wii. It will let you input the Wii and turn on/off appropriate equipment but that's it. This one has a sleep timer which my old Harmony One didn't have. It's a nice feature. It's smaller than the Harmony One but feels good in hand. One issue is that without a number pad it's hard to use the remote without looking at it. It has a virtual keypad. The tactile keys are excellent and you can really feel when you press a key. All in all, it's very good, worked flawlessly the first time after set up. I may have wanted the hub so I could control everything from my IPAD, but it wasn't a deal breaker and you can always buy the hub separately. The set up program gives you an upgrade option if you buy the hub separately.

This is my second Harmony remote model so all I had to do was to log in to my Harmony account and download the settings. It remembered all my devices. Sweet! My favorite feature on the Ultimate One is the screen swipe mode which acts like a mouse pad for quick navigation.

I've been using Harmony remotes for years and love them. This series may be the easiest to program yet! Took less than a half hour to get it all up and running. Features are easy to access and use. Simply a pleasure to use The only change I would like to see is online being able to name each remote in the account instead of having to use a number. I have 3 and it would make changes easier if I could pick the remote from the menu by name

This is my third Harmony remote. Ive had a 550, Harmony One and now the Ultimate One. This one was so easy to setup and all of my devices work as they should. Ive always had to have some compromises but not now. The new My Harmony interface is a big improvement over the old Harmony Remote Software. Bought on Cyber Monday and the savings was $180.00 Great deal for me. Thanks Best Buy.

I have never written a review before, but this remote deserves one. We had four remotes to watch TV or watch a movie . And now just one. It is AWESOME. I was worried the set up would be complicated or not work. However Harmony's web site was very easy to follow and simply walks you through the whole set up step by step. It walks you through the set up of activities and your favorite TV Channels. If I can do it anyone can! I was so impressed that it motivated me to write this review. I would highly recommend this remote!!!

I am coming from this remote after spending the last few years with the Harmony Smart Remote and Hub (which is now relocated to another room). I thought I was upgrading and I got it for a great price. I've used some model of a Harmony (Logitech) remotes over the last 10+ years so I knew what I was getting into with this. One thing that I did learn is that this one wont work with Amazon Fire Stick since that device uses Bluetooth. The Smart Remote with Hub does this without issue. But since I bought a new 4K TV with Amazon app built in, this is a non-issue. Another gripe I have is that the touch screen seems like it in the wrong place. Maybe my hand was used to the old Smart Remote but I am inadvertently hitting the touchscreen by accident and causing some unwanted action. I'm getting used to it. I do like the touch screen and it brings my favorite channel preset list back into view. I don't see my self using many of the gestures as it easier to just press the volume button rather than using a gesture IMHO. I do miss the number buttons but not really a big deal since I my favorite stations are right on the screen for DirecTV. I like it and would recommend it. I think it could be a bit overwhelming for Harmony newbies but enjoyable for tech savvy users who like to be more involved with the programming when commands don't work just right.

Purchased this to replace remotes for several devices (TV, Blue-ray, DVR) and to control Sonos Playbar. Setup was very easy and did not take any time at all. Just log into app and add devices from database and finalize. Like the ability to add favorite channel icons and actions. Should finally allow some technologically challenged family members to be able to use the entertainment system. I can see the remote being easy to damage so have kept young kids from using it.
