This remote works for all of my needs. The only thing i don't like is the placement of the top buttons.

This replaced an older harmony remote that we were very happy with but which was dying. Generally love the form factor on the harmony ultimate one and it feels great in the hand. It contols my tv, av receiver and blu-ray player without any issue (after some tweaking). My biggest complaint is that I don't like having the control buttons above the screen. Otherwise, it was easy to set up and it has passed the wife test (wife generally hates any new technology I bring into the house).

I bought the bundle with the Ultimate One and Hub. Set up for each was pretty straight forward. Download program from myHarmony.com, connect to Laptop and it pretty much walks you through the steps. I needed the HUB due to the components for the Media/Movie Room being located behind the seating. The HUB allows the Remote user to Point the controller toward the screen and the commands work by the IR from the HUB capturing the signal from the U1 Remote. The HUB isn't inside a cabinet so no need for the extra IR Sensors was needed. Once I set up the Remote and HUB, I added the HUB to the Ultimate One Remote devices and everything worked as planned. Another bonus is that the Remote is rechargeable so no worrying about replacing batteries. I connected to the following Components: Mitsubishi Projector, Onkyo Rcvr, and Samsung DVD. I've only used it once so I may update this Review if I experience any issues.

Nice remote and use it a lot daily. Only thing is the battery could hold a charge longer.

Got this item as a replacement for my Harmony One and it did not disappoint. From setup to finish, I was able to utilize the user friendly menu from the CD/PC setup and programmed all of my components with ease.

No need for multiple controls when one can do the job for everything you've got. Easy to store control sequences, can be saved in an online account. Logitech continues to lead the field.

Easy to set up and use all in one remote. Control just about anything with the press of a button. Remote will guide you in case something didn't turn on or off. Purchased one for dad too.

This remote is fantastic and the best LogiTech ever. Easily configures al my devices and settings. Also love the Harmony App. You can't beat this remote and the sale price was amazing.

This really is an awesome remote and I have always had very good experiences with Logitech products. Customize buttons, color touch screen buttons, very smart remote. For me it was well worth the price.

It helps replace several remotes and you can access all your devices with the touch screen. Easy to use.

Purchased this remote to replace a previous Harmony One remote. Set up is a breeze and the physical buttons on the remote work great. The touch screen can be too sensitive to touch at times and is can be a hassle. Otherwise good remote and is working well for me.

I replaced an old Harmony remote with this one at Christmas - it is very easy to set up and easy to use. Love the fact that it has a dock so it is always charged - no need to worry about a dead remote. Only complaint is that the touch screen is very sensitive.

This one replaced an aged Logitech that was probably 7 or 8 years old. We liked the idea of a charging station instead of a cord hanging out of the wall that the old one used. The display is great. The touch screen is easy to see and works as it should. My only regret is that you still have to point and shoot. Otherwise, it's great. Try to get it on sale. BB has often advertises it on their website as an afternoon GET IT sale!

Transfer from other, older Logitech remote was straight forward. Very easy to use universal remote.

Would have given it 5 stars but the battery doesn’t last but 3 days before recharge.

This unit was completely functional. it was just too much of a change from our older model Harmony One. Biggest drawback on this unit, without locking the screen, couldn't pick up the controller without inadvertently hitting a control on the touchscreen. Not an optimal design, IMO. Returned this unit and found a new replacement unit for our older model.

Bought this to replace a broken, older Harmony One. Love the new features, set up took a few minutes and was absolutely painless with translation from Logitech site. Really happy with the new remote.

I bought this last year for my grandparents as a Christmas gift and loved it. So easy to use. When it was on sale for Black Friday, I had to get one for myself. Great investment
