Replaced the smart home remote with this one better product love the touch screen is not user friendly and has a steep learning curve but once set up with hub works perfectly

Was looking for a remote to replace my old Harmony One and this one is smaller and more advanced. Love the dock!

It's a pain to setup. Logitech has professionals that will do it for you for free but they are slow. Once it's setup the only downfall is line of sight. Needs perfect LOS to all the devices it accesses which is a potentially huge problem if your receiver is on the left and the TV is on the right or something worse.

LOVE this remote. So easy to use that my mom can now operate her electronics by herself. Mind you I had to do the initial install.

I got the ultimate one to replace our last harmony which died after only a few months of light use. The remote is easy to program and works well for most things, but in reality we still need to use a second remote, our xfinity x1 remote. It is just a lot easier to do things on xfinity using their remote (which also has voice) than to go through the screens and pages required to perform the same tasks on the logitech. So for me it only gets three stars since it really doesn't replace all our other remotes, just some of them.

For the most part, I really like this remote. It is infrared, but it performs much better than my previous infrared. It seems far more responsive and easier to pause, forward, and reverse. It was also pretty easy to set up myself (and I am an old grandma, so I felt pretty proud about that). My one negative is that it seems to malfunction pretty regularly. For example, when we turn off the TV, the receiver stays on. Sometimes if I select "help" it will fix it by itself, but often I have to manually turn off the device. This remote is pretty new and I have already had to re-program three times to try and fix these issues.

I had the Harmony One for years, then they offered a "trade-in." So I got this unit because it has more options, more favorite channels, etc. It works, but I'm using the HELP button a lot because it doesn't turn something off or on. I agree with another reviewer that the control buttons at the top are a design problem because it is too easy to inadvertently touch the touch screen underneath and change something. Controls should be at the bottom. Love that the unit is smaller and charges standing up so it has a smaller footprint. Overall I'm satified to a three star rating.

Got it as a present - person loves it! Many cool buttons with very easy set-up and access to all the channels at your fingertips!

This is our first high tech remote control and it's easy to use; no batteries needed. I highly recommend buying one for any tv.

This remote is the only remote you will ever need. Some many features that will be useful for years to come.

Got this remote to replace a broken Logitech universal. The remote has good functionality but hand feel and button placement are a little odd for me. Rounded back doesn't lay well on a flat surface.

This Harmony remote is awesome. It controls all your devices, is easy to setup and use and the battery lasts quite a long time.

I was a little hesitant to buy this since they are discontinued but for $79 it was hard to pass up. Not as good as my buddy’s Elite but it gets the job done. Still not a “total” solution to all my device needs but a heck of a lot better than the companion I was previously using.

I use a harmony ultimate home system to control the home theater in my family room. It is used with a hub there but a hub is not required for this remote to work. So when Best Buy put these on sale, I picked up two more to control TV's and their associated devices in other rooms. These remotes do have some limitations. It's easy to accidentally press a key while trying to scroll and they can't control the Amazon Fire TV which needs blue tooth so you need a separate remote or the cell phone app for that. Still at the sale price, this was the best deal for a universal remote on the market.

This is a great remote. I was fortunate enough to buy this on sale at Best Buy at a very good price, so I purchased it hoping to update an older Logitech remote. The setup is very easy with the MyHarmony software. Be sure you research all of your devices first and have their model numbers (which you can get right off the front in most cases) as well as the port on your TV and/or theater receiver for the setup. Having this info before you start makes the setup very quick and simple. Look behind your TV and receiver (if you have a theater setup) and know which port number (HDMI in most cases) you have all of your cables connected as you will have to enter that in the MyHarmony setup. It found all of my equipment very quickly and worked pretty much correctly the first time. (I had one port wrong, but looking at the back of my receiver a second time for the HDMI port # confirmed I simply copied down the wrong HDMI port # the first time. I quickly edited the input in MyHarmony and it worked perfectly.)Very pleased so far!

Great product for people who have difficulties with using multiple tech devices.
