This is the best remote I have found for use on multiple devices with different settings for activities.

I have set up many universal remotes in my time and this by far is the easiest, most compatible, and sleekest remote ever. They really did a hoodie on this. I have this with the smart control hub and a Google Mini. Best thing I have ever bought for my home theater.

This is a great remote to get if you want to eliminate the clutter and steps of using multiple remotes.

I have had the Harmony One for a lot of years and the battery life has diminished. It is a great remote. Purchased this remote as a replacement and do not like it. The battery life is horrible. My 10-year old Harmony One has better battery life than this remote and since that is the only reason I want to replace, this was a waste of money. The screen is a washed out light-blue and not easy to read at an angle. The touchscreen buttons all run together so makes it more difficult to click the right button. None of these are problems on the Harmony One. The DVR buttons are above the screen and most of my TV watching involves the DVR. I have to reach above the screen to use the DVR and it's way too easy to activate a button on the touchscreen when attempting to control DVR. There are no physical buttons for numbers or pg up/down. For Cable/Satellite watchers, these are needed. Having to page around the touchscreen to get to the number keys is a pain as well as having to switch screens to get to the pg up/down. One positive: I can add favorite channels to one of the pages on the touchscreen. Of course, I have to swipe to another screen to get to these. The swipe action sometimes activates a key, so I have to carefully swipe.

Harmony remote works well. It was easy to set up from our older settings. Also was easy to add new items.

I have been a Custom AV Installer for 25 Years. These Remotes saved my Marriage. I don't spend my Weekends at Clients houses helping them turn on their Systems! I actually set one up for every job we do for a 'Test Drive.' I tell the Client that they don't have to pay for it, unless they love it. I have only taken one back...... We do many, many installs.

Got this remote while on sale on Black Friday and it is an easy set up and works great

I loved my earlier version on the Harmony remote. As it aged the battery life dwindled, however. But it lasted near 5yrs. The new one is so sleek and it was so easy to setup, with the ability to copy over the setting right where the old one left off.

It is expensive and sensitive and can be slow and if you touch it in the wrong place it can get you lost Any thing effects it if it is dropped or passed to someone and touched it can mess up mute and it is slow

The remote was a breeze to set up! It allowed me to put my components in a closed cabinet. Awesome!

I have multiple Harmony remotes. My favorite remains my first, the Harmony One. Although more powerful in terms of customization than my Harmony Smart Remote(s), it is much more awkward in its button layout.

WORKS GREAT WITH all my devices i have a 65 in sony tv and the sound bar to match

Hand set is hard to hold because of its shape. Had to use one hand to hold it, and the other hand to push the buttons. Poor design. I returned it the store within a week of trying it.

This is my third Harmony remote and all have bee great but this one is the best.

My wife really likes this remote. Easy to use... the one touch screen really simplifies things.
