Good Remote, Easy Setup

Remote doesn't require Wifi which is a plus however it does have to be setup with a computer or phone. Once setup, it functions very easily. The lack of numerical buttons was an issue for me but after setting up and using, you can use the touchscreen for that with minimal issue. There is a slight delay as others have mentioned. Overall, this is a great remote with not much to gripe about. I purchased a second remote if that tells you anything. Of course I didn't pay full price.

Works great with Alexa and Samsung Smartthings. Great for voice controlling tv and rest of the devices connected to your entertainment center.

It's good but not great for me

Unfortunately, the one I wanted is not in stock. However, it is very easy to program and loaded with features. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have enough programmable buttons in an ergonomic position to make them easy to push. -- I would recommend this to a friend if they needed to control a dozen different devices. Other than that I would recommend one of their lesser products...

I love the fact that you can program your favorite channels though and just touch whatever you want to watch and it goes right to that channel

Makes Control of many products a breeze

It was able to take the place of 5 remotes and Logitech had all of my product models available. The learning process is great it you want to customize.

GREAT remote!!!

VERY easy to setup, easy to use & looks sharp. Battery stays charged for a longtime. Haven't found a product yet in my home that this can't control. I HIGHLY recommend this product!
