great product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote works great! the only reason we wont give 5 stars is because there are times it will get out of wack when moving from watching TV to watching the Apple TV. very easy to manually correct but still it gets lost shifting from one request to another.

Good but not Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The good definitely outweigh the cons with this universal remote. It connects to virtually every and any brand of recent model Audio/Visual electronic device. The touch screen is very good and the remote is ergonomically shaped. There are enough buttons for usage and again, the touch screen give you an unlimited amount of versatility. The cons: High detailed programing isn't difficult, but it is a bit tedius. Setting up macros can be hit or miss when trying to swith between watching your cable box and your Blu-Ray player. As the macros tend to work on the pricipal all of the needed devices are powered off. swithing between A/V inpur devices usually resolt in the TV being powered off as the macros assume you are turing everything on. All in all, I'd say it is a good device, but I wouldn't recomend it for a less tech-savy person.

Overall great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I would recommend this controller. It sets up easily and can be used across all my devices. However, expect to do a lot of set up to get this right. If you have patience you can get this to do everything you need it to (except control your lights which would've been cool) The one thing that drives me crazy with this remote is the input lag. After pressing a button it takes at least a second for the button to register. Imagine scrolling through Netflix, or trying to type in a title, and having to wait a second between every button push. It took me a while to get past this but once I did I started to appreciate the controller more

Too elaborate for simple use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Caught this item on sale and thought it would be great for my new TV. However I ended up returning because it was just too much for me. I typically lose remotes and this is too pricey to lose. Bad at charging electronics and didn't need something else to charge. Also I do not subscribe to cable or SAT.

Best remote ever!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this for my entertainment room, where I have my tv mounted on the screen opposite to my cable box and home theater surround console. This device makes it so much easier to control everything with just the click of a button no more need for multiple controllers. However it can be tedious to setup and I did need to buy a hub to complete the system. However it was worth it.

Living in Harmony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good thing this remote comes with a charger. the battery life is short and needs to be charge every couple days. Other than that, no complaints about this remote. It has no issues controlling everything in my entertainment center (except my PS3 and PS4).

Great remote for a nontechnical person
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my Symphony. I had an earlier model which broke and decided to replace with this upgraded model which was on sale. Best Buy was able to program it for me and I now have my favorite TV shows programmed for me to get to in one click.I am also able to get to smart TV in one click also. All these I had a hard time getting to before. The screen is also clearer and very user friendly. I would recommend this remote.

great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace an older logitech. I love the touch screen. I like how it's so customizable and you can add channel shortcuts to the screen so you're not constantly using the guide

Ok remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, the remote was much easier to program with the computer than previous harmony remotes. The screen is kind of a pain to use. The swipe function works but it is super sensitive. I find that just picking it up or putting it down makes the channels change. I also find using the swipe to fast forward and rewind is also not all that great. The button is much easier to use than the swipe method. I certainly would have returned it if I had paid 199.00 for it but since it was a black Friday special I chose to keep it.

Wonderful addition to home theater
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always been apprehensive when it came to these harmony remotes but I am so pleased with this purchase. Being able to program multiple functions into one button push eliminates having to use 3 remotes just to turn on my devices.

Great all in one remote.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a universal remote and got a great deal on this one and I love it. Does everything and more! A little complicated at first but as I have used it more and more it’s pretty easy to use and customize to your equipment.

A nice looking remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote replace a Logitech 650. It is a nice improvement... The only issue is that the touch screen is a bit too sensitive. It has a tendency to change devices on its own. But for the most part this is a very good product

Interestingly Difficult
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have mixed feelings about this remote. I'm excited to set it up but both times I've tried it hasn't connected. Still ] would recommend this because it is the best remote out there. I'm just not so tech savvy but ill get it eventually

Great remote.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took me about two weeks to finally get used to the remote and I love it. Don't get discouraged at first. Take your time to set it up and get used to all the features. Good buy.

Okay, But Could Be Better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first universal remote. I've used it for about a month now, and while it does an okay job of controlling the various components of my surround-sound TV setup, there are a couple areas that could be improved. First, the TV in my system is mounted above the fireplace and the master IR sensor for my system is mounted on the bottom of the TV (about 5-ft above the floor). The remote has its IR sender mounted on the underneath side. So unless the remote is held almost vertically, the IR signal won't reach the sensor. I'm used to using a remote that you "point" at the TV, so this is taking some getting used to. Second, I find that the control signals from the remote frequently do not all reach the IR sensor even when pointed correctly, resulting in channels being only partially selected. That is, if I want to tune to cable channel "1234," the system often only receives "12" or ""123" and stops because it misses receiving the last channel commands. When that happens (probably close to a quarter of the time} I need to press the channel select button again and hope it works the next time (it usually does, but not always).. I do like the programmability of this remote, and would be very pleased if it weren't for these two issues. I can live with this remote, but I would tell a friend to shop around more for one that doesn't have these problems.

Great.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works well. All my harmony's work well. this has a brighter color screen that's easier to read. I don't use the screen much other than to select an activity. The buttons works well. I've purchased 3 of these. One for my mother in law and she likes it very much and two for me. I lock the screen on my so i don't accidentally swipe. I'm happy with it. I did not pay the full price for this.
