The Harmony remote replaces all of the other remotes for our two systems. It is extremely easy to use and everything works with the touch of one button o to watch TV, a movie on BluRay, surround sound system, and PlayStation 4. this one remote turns on what is needed for the function you select, while turning off any component not needed for that particular function selected

I have not used this remote too much since I purchased it. I love Harmony remotes. It takes a little bit of work to get it set up the way you want it to function, but in the end, they make it easier to watch TV or control your devices,.

has a lot of functions and a lot of devices that can be added. from a pure technical perspective it is a 2 tumbs up device. however finding myself not so geek-ish i found it needlessly complicated to set up.

This remote has an excellent mix for features, especially when paired with a harmony hub. As with any harmony devices, the programming interface can be cumbersome once you pass the basic control functions. Once you get over that however, the functionality of the remote and hub paring give the user the ability to control practically any devices on your home theater palate.

Awfully damned expensive remote! I got this because my Mother in law is 80 and the remote that came with her new 55inch Sharp Tv was pretty chitzy and worthless, dying within 6 months and the replaced remote fell apart. Anyway, this one programmed fairly easily and the swype is so much like a phone that it's pretty intuitive. I liked it so much I kept it and will get her a cheaper one :D

Bought the Harmony remote to consolidate the 6 remotes I was using and make it easier for the wife and grandkids to get everything turned on and set correctly. Process to set up the remote is very straight forward and easy. After about a half hour, I had all my devices programed and several activities set up. Now with just a click everything turns on and set to the right inputs/outputs.

It took some time to set it up , and it’s very confusing for on how to used it . I guess it’s not very functional with Smart Tv’s as they have so many features and I ended up reaching out for the Tv’s original remote control . We don’t use it anymore. Waste of money in my family .

After ten years I decided to replace my Harmony One remote and bought the Ultimate for $60 on Black Friday. Setup could not have been easier, had it scan my Harmony One and then apply the same setting to the Ultimate. Everything worked first time; Just had to do some minor additional works to take advantage of new features. Two weeks in and no issues.

This is a great remote and very easy to use. Programming is easy as well!

I had one that my family had lost, it was unbearable to try to handle the theater system without this particular remote, so I had no choice but to purchase another.

I used to have a harmony one remote and upgraded to this one. Logitech has done a nice job streamlining the setup feature. They only complaint I have is with setting up and editing favorites. Moving your favorite channels around is quite cumbersome.

Love how to connects to most of my home products, Lutron light switches, Philips hue, nest products, and insteon products. Just wish it were easier to control a single device when that device didn't receive the IR signal it should have.

While this remote does a fine job overall, some of the most commonly used buttons (directional controls) are inconveniently placed and some on/off functions do not work consistently, it still proves to be almost a great product.

It works well for our setup. Every once in a while it'll start the sound on the wrong input so I have to go through a few extra steps on the remote to change it. Overall I'm pleased with not needing 3 remotes!

This is the best remote I have ever owned. No need to buy batteries just use it a couple days and throw it on the charging base. Super easy to program online. One button turns on my TV, sound system and DirecTv box. Will even select which input you need to use when turn on devices. Pricey but worth the money, in my opinion.

This remote definitely isn’t worth full price, but I found it for $69.99, and it’s a good remote for that price. Easy to use, but the ergonomics could have been better.

Wanted to upgrade and this was on sale so gave it a shot. Glad I did. Touchscreen is nice, favorite channels are cool. Only neg is the battery life. Yes its rechargeable but cant use it while its charging

Good remote but seems to struggle remembering how to switch modes on certain devices. Then again, I only had one day to work with it before I left for an extended trip so maybe when I'm able to fine tune it I might see better results.
