I have four Logitech remotes, not including the Harmony Ultimate One. When my oldest remote failed, I replaced it with the Harmony Ultimate One and it is the best and easiest to use of all my Logitech remotes. The only negative comment I have is the battery doesn't last as long as in my other remotes, so you have to keep an eye on the battery indicator to make sure you get it on the charger before it dies.

This product solves plenty of issues, the best one being you can hide the 3-4 other product controllers you own and just use this one. Also, it saves on spousal arguments in continually explaining which controller controls which function or activity you choose for entertainment. One stop shopping.

A good remote but a little hard to get used to the setup.

Took 5 minutrs to set up from my previous 890 remote settings. Worked perfectly the first time! I like the remote's style and layout. Had to look to find help and a few other things because they no longer had specific buttons but it was easy to find where they were. I have had harmony remotes for over 12 years and this is another great product from them!!

As with all harmony, you have to program it and really play with the settings to get your activities to behave how you want it and with the timing you want. For Tivo, i find myself just reaching for the actual tivo remote due to quicker ease of use. Its great for turning your devices on an off. Alot of time, it will miss a button press and its more trouble to try and correct what it did or didn't do. Example I have mine programmed to turn Tv on and change to channel 211. Quite often will only catch 11 or 21 and i have to manually hit 211. Same thing with my activity to switch from hdm1 to hdmi3, sometimes it doesn't change due to it missing button press or timing. I would not pay full price. I would wait for a sale.

This remote has a lot of features. Touch screen and customizable settings for nearly all devices. What doesn't work is remote control shades. Now the reason for two stars, the setting up of this remote if you get the smart hub and the smart keyboard is nothing short of a five to six hour event. Logitech support is terrible and you need a lot of patience and time to set this up if you have multiple devices. I have two receivers, bluray, Mac mini, Wii, Luton light wall control, cable box, and TV, so a lot of stuff but nothing really extensive. Once you eventually get it set up, NEVER change anything, because it is basically like starting over with Logitech to set it up. So great idea but bad execution. Lastly the main buttons to control tv playback and fast forward are a little awkward at the top of the remote.

It’s so easy to use and easy to set up. I like because it’s makes my life so easy, I don’t have to have 40 different remotes. I can just use one and also adds to my home theater experience.

Works great, but it is time consuming to get it just right. I wish there was an app to make changes instead of using a PC all the time. Some of the buttons are not in the best location for 1 hand use.

I love their remotes. I have a Variety of their remotes in my home. I may buy another one of these. Can't beat the black Friday price. $80.

this remote replaced an older model and i was able to get all our accesories on one unit rather then many remotes

Works great handling my small entertainment system. Controls Xbox one which is great. Was on mega sale which made the choice a no brained.

This remote is very easy to setup and works fairly well. However there are some annoying quirks. The touchscreen is very sensitive and it is easy to have button presses that you really did not want when you are trying to scroll. The IR light output is not quite as effective as my older Logitech. My satellite box does not always turn on/off unless you point the remote just right. That was rarely a problem with my older Logitech. The other major annoyance is that this remote does NOT have replaceable batteries. When the rechargeable battery dies Logitech wants you to throw this remote out and buy a new one. Not cool at this price point.

This remote replaces all the individual remotes that come with each device. Once you program it, the remote understands which audio equipment to talk to when you want to change the volume, which device changes TV channels, and then also replaces all the functions for streaming devices. Love it enough that we bought a 2nd one for a TV in another room.

This remote has been a life saver. No longer having to find the correct remote that turns everything on, this does it all for you with one single button. Program a sequence of events with one click, and your tv, surround sound and Netflix is playing. Best purchase decision ever and super easy to work. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had a number of harmony remotes in the past. This one is a great upgrade. My only complaint it button placement as I was used to where the old ones were but I’ll het used to the new ones too!

I'm a little old grandmother and I programmed this remote myself. I included our curved big screen TV, our Denon receiver for surround sound, a DVR, and our streaming services. I'm really happy with it and we haven't had any problems.

Love it! I spilled coffee on my old one. Grabbed this on sale...set it up and I am back in business. Added benefit - looks really nice.
