Great product works with all my electronics and simple to use

Use it in tandem with another ultimate and hub. That way my wife can cancel out my selection or raise/lower volume. Works great

A bit more complicated than the previous one, but works well.

Very easy to use and simple to understand. It is a lot smaller then my old multi remount. It was a great addition to my home entertainment unit.

Is an awesome universal remote when it functions correctly. Is frustrating that you have to swipe the remote anytime you need to use it.

I love this remote. I cannot overstate how great it is to have one control to control 15 devices. The hardest part in set up is getting the model number of your devices and setting up activities. You do it to through the harmony website. I have not found it difficult whatsoever although i am very familiar with working with tech.

I've been on the lookout for a solution that allows my family to click one or two buttons and everything comes on rather than fumbling with the 4 remotes to each of my devices. This does that and more. It also saves me time going through the UI of my smart TV and goes straight to the apps you link to the activities.

Need a single solution to handle my entertainment center in my office. Longer to program than I thought it would take but overall once I learned the controls and programmed it the system became very easy to use.

the touch screen to change channels when watching TV is frustrating. Also you have to leave the device pointed directly at the TV, cable box and dvd or it may only partially follow your command Disappointing for $250

My Harmony remote works fantastic. Love the iPhone like features. Great that battery will not overcharge like previously purchased remotes.

I like the LCD on this remote. My only complaint is that this remote is too slow. When I press "Watch TV" it starts up and is unusable for about 25-30 seconds while starting up. This is an issue if the kids were watching tv at a loud volume level. Then, after they are in bed and I try to watch tv, the volume is very loud and I am not able to adjust it down until the remote is ready. 30 seconds of loud TV once the kids are in bed is like 10 minutes, underwater! The battery life is only 3 days or so, compared to my last harmony remote that lasted 10-14 days. I'm thinking about going back to my old 700 series Harmony,

Just what I needed for my huge home theater. When this went on sale for 59.95 I couldn't resist. My theater needed a more item remote than my old harmony. I already had the hub so this was perfect. Now I run my whole smart home and theater all with this remote. Wished the batter lasted more than couple of days.

After the basic setup, which was simple enough, the remote works great and controls all the devices I need. Makes me feel more organized!

It is a great remote to declutter and have just one remote. It is however a bit laggy when using it. I got a great deal on it so will deal with it otherwise its not a bad product.

No need to buy the bigger, more expensive Harmony remotes. This is all you need. So easy to use, my kids and even my +80 year-old father-in-law could use it to operate our TV, DVD player, Apple TV, Echo, and surround system. Simplifies the whole living room. No longer need multiple remotes. Very happy with this purchase!
