I actually wore out the last Harmony Remote after 15 years of daily use. Logitech has come up with another winner - their support staff walked me through the set-up and within minutes the data was transferred from the old Harmony to the new one. You can't go wrong with this!!!

Great remote very easy to program. It controls everything

This is my 4th and best Logitech remote. It does everything my other 3 did all in one and sooooooo smooth. It excels were other remotes do not. It distances itself by sending signals through the remote itself and the hub, meaning you can control anything from any room not just what devices are located around the hub. I just love it!!!!

This was an upgrade from my Logitech harmony 650. It’s been a lot more responsive then the 650. Works great and haven’t notice any issues. Only thing I don’t like is battery life. Being that it’s rechargable makes it ok but can never outlast the 650 in battery life. Overall very good remote with beautiful large screen

Can be programmed for many devices as advertized. It is necessarily complicated to program in order to do what it does.

I persuaded a family member to switch from another brand of expensive universal remote that wasn’t intuitive all all, to the Harmony Ultimate. I programmed it, which was mostly painless, and was able to program a second zone on the receiver as well. They are loving the remote, and are really happy with its ease of use!

This will be the 2nd Harmony remote I have paid over 200 dollars for. Always struggled with the price but the 1st one lasted for years and they are so user friendly to operate. All round great product.

I still have an old school component system for our main room, so between the 4k TV, 4k blu-ray player, receiver, TiVo, etc., this remote just makes life a whole lot easier than keeping track of different remotes. I do wish the battery lasted longer per charge than it does, but it charges quickly too.

Got this for my husband and he loves it. I'm not so until touch screen, just seems to make things more difficult. The play, rewind, and fast forward etc. are at the top very which is very awkward if you have small hands. I'm use to them being at the bottom. But the husband is ok with it.

The remote is very easy to set up and the touch screen is a great feature. You must remember to point it at the devices for a longer than normal amount of time so that it is able to power them all up.

Easy to add your component models and, poof, you are ready to go! Customizing steps wasn't as easy. Some of the component activities were not in the drop down list. The unit recharges quickly.

I used the Harmony 650 for a couple years and really liked it. This was on sale and we were tired of replacing batteries so I jumped on the deal. It's an excellent remote that can be customized (devices, activities, display, etc.) For your needs. The cradle keeps it charged and it never gets lost. I love it.

I found this remote easy to use and program. The only thing that I didn’t like was that it didn’t operate ROKU, which is one of the reasons I bought it. I ended up returning it.

Remote was easy to set and runs multiple systems. The charging station is nice added bonus and the price was more than fair your the remote I wish I would have bought more than one

The design includes an odd bump on the back, as opposed to a flat surface, causing it to fall off the chair arm where I normally place it. I previously owned the Harmony One and prefer it and it's layout of buttons much better. I'm not a fan of the slide screen and would have preferred buttons for many of the functions. Off button is immediately above the rewind button and several times I have accidentally shut-off the devices when I wanted to rewind a show. It'll work for now, but the next one will definitely have a flat backside.

I purchased this as a gift for someone but from what I have been told he loves it. A little much to program it but overall good.

I have owned several different universal remotes from years back a large sony touch screen to an earlier model Harmony and this one beats them all. Easy to program and the rechargeable feature kills the rest. One feature I do not like about the device is that I can not turn my components off individually with out using one of my programmed functions.
