This remote comes with a software download that allows for easy configuration of devices through model numbers, then easy setup of actions. It replaced four remotes with multi-remote source switching, making watching content from multiple sources a breeze. This remote is so simple to setup and use that even my brother can do it!

I was looking to replace my Harmony One with something more up to date and this was my choice. I chose this because of my One but this was a bad choice. First of all it was advertised as being able to control the PS3 and Xbox One via RF. This was not the case. The remote will not do RF at all. It is slow, feels clunky, and has HORRIBLE battery life. I was barely able to get 3 days out of a charge where my One can go for almost a month. Over all, to me, this is a huge step backwards from the Harmony One. Avoid this unless you have no other options.

Awesome Remote works my 4K tv stereo blu ray surround sound. A little tough to program with the 4K but I got it done

Bought this to ease the burden of having some many remotes. This product helps immensely with not needing all of the remotes and simplifying the process.

Overall all it is a really good remote. Nice and easy to use. I wish you wouldn't need to connect to a computer to update components to the remote.

I found this remote to be very simple to set up and it worked right away with no problems. I kind of wish that the play, fast forward, rewind (etc) buttons were on the bottom instead of the top as I seem to activate the touch screen a lot. But, just a minor complain. Highly recommend and it works with every device every time.

This is my fourth Ultimate One. All of them have performed as advertised. Being able to save my settings online allows me to program new ones with ease.

As my entertainment options grew so did the number of remotes. This solves that problem and much more. Very versatile and easy to use. I have it connected to Alexa and a host of smart lighting as well that seamlessly integrates into one easy to use system. I recommend this highly!

Easy to use remote. Like the touch screen. Only downfall would be that you can't use it with Amazon Fire Sticks (though you can use it with Fire TV).

I owned a harmony one years ago and always had issues with programs and powering on due to the ir being not the best. This remote is 100x better. Works great, powers on everything, easy to use menu and very easy to set up programs. No problems with any IR signal missing or not inputting a command.

I am a long time user of Logitech remotes. I purchased this to replace my previous one. Unfortunately, this did not provide RF capability and so I upgraded it to a Harmony Elite which I believe is a better remote for the money.

This remote was very easy to program and using it is great. It's been very reliable at turning out AV equipment on and off. The touchscreen is a really nice and flexible feature that allows the remote to be nice and compact, but still have all of the needed functions.

I got this to replace my home 4 remotes I was using for my one TV. This fixed the problem and it was so user friendly. I bought it while it was on sale for 69 dollars what a great remote I would pay 200 for this remote it solved a lot of my problems. And it has sleep timer built in!

Simple and 'universal' remote do not go together. But once you have owned 2 previous models and have tweaked them to perfection, this model WAS simple. One button...transfer settings...and you're up and running. Changes yes, but easy enough to get used to. If you've never owned one it will be challenging but rewarding.

I have an older model that I replaced with this one, it’s so much better. Love everything about it

The interface isn’t all that responsive but it does handle all my devices, there are some quirks that I don’t like but all in all great product

I have used different universal remotes before but had problems with them and they were not easy to use. This one is very easy. It is taking me a while to be able to click right buttons in the dark, but that will come. Light to hold, maybe too light for some. But quite simple to use and it works.

Returned this due to the amount of delay when using IR. there is a .5-1 second delay between pushing the button and action. With the hub, using bluetooth, there is no delay, but it should work without it.

very versatile remote once programmed, bit high in consumption on battery but charges quickly so not huge issue when docked.

I have been using Logitech Harmony remote since they came out one of the best remote on the market if not the best the only thing I do not like about this remote is it is very sensitive as it has a touch screen other than that you can throw away all your other remotes because this one will do it all. One button turned on all your devices that you need to watch TV. A Nother button turns on all your devices you need to watch a movie. Another button turned on all your devices that you need to listen to music. Just and all around great remote control.
