Took me less than 15 minutes to set up from computer and works like a breeze. I now have 3 of these remotes that are used in different parts of the house and all I can say is “why did I wait so long?” Got it at a great price of $79 and it’s well worth the price!

I like this remote because it works everything at the touch of a button, although it will not send out a full set of signals occasionally.

We have many different pieces of equipment that is attached to my tv. It was always a hassle to use so many different remotes. We purchased the harmony remote and it has changed our tv viewing experience. It’s easy to setup and use. It’s very straight forward.

Ive owned many Harmony Remotes. This one is by far the best. I have not bought the Hub to attach with everything but without that added on yet, I still say this is the best remote money can buy.... especially the Black Friday deal Best Buy offered!

This remote looked awesome but after really all the ways it can break and the poor functionality of the screen, I decided to return the product. I went with the smart home control instead.

Nice remote, replaced my harmony 700 with it. Much nicer. Love the charging cradle.

Setup was pretty easy. Just need to play around with it some more to figure out how properly use it instead of just hitting buttons.

The harmony app works well with multiple components. The higher model has a much better remote. Does function with amazon Alexa well

I programed my Logitech Ultimate ONE remote about 2 weeks ago and haven't touched any other remote since. I was very surprised how the remote emulates all the functions of all the devices its set up to replace. Excellent performance and reliability.

We have been a Logitech Harmony owner since 2004. Our current Harmony controller was wearing out so we needed to find a replacement. This new controller is much better than our old Harmony and my wife really appreciates the ability to simply pick her viewing options. This is one great controller.

Already own a similar model with a hub and needed another for upstairs system. Noted this model does not sync with our harmony hub, but setup connected via USB to a PC was simple. Not sure why this model does not hub sync. This remote is nearly identical to our original unit. Regardless it does the job. Not a fan of the favorites channels as it initiated unwanted commands attempting to turn on systems that are already on. Software needs better custom configuration options. A little too dumbed down in some aspects.

i have been using harmony universal remotes for long time, they are one of easiest to set up and most trouble free. Most of earlier ones could control much less number of devices, this one can handle up to 15 which is really great. great product.

I had my old harmony for 8 years and it was super, but the graphics faded and I could not control my devices, I tried the lesser expensive harmony that works with the iPhone, but could not program it correctly, so I bought this model and it's great. Easy to program and works like a charm.
