Easy set up, easy to use, and pretty durable for a universal remote. The touchscreen function works fairly well but the best part again was the set up. It was extremely easy as long as you know all of the model numbers for all of your devices. I highly recommend this product

This is a second harmony remote and like most things, the old one is better. No number buttons for channel changing? Brainless design. Everything else is good though so I gave it a 3.

I got this as a gift for my father in law and he loves it. Every time I see him he talks about how much he enjoys it. He wants a new tv now to enjoy his remote more.

Very easy to set up and use. I'm using it to control my Roku as well as the TV.

This is a great universal remote. Setup was a breeze. No problems. Only complaint is that on some devices one press on the direction pad of the remote will sometimes cause it to skip 2 times. So if your selection is next when you press down or up it will bypass the next selection and go to the second item. Hope that made sense. Anyway other than that it is great. Can be cumbersome switching between devices but is to be expected with any universal remote. Battery last long time if display brightness is not up to high...

i have tried several of this type of remoter. The Harmony is one of the better ones out there for sure....and for the price point, THE BEST!

I have struggled with having multiple pieces of equipment needing their own remote, and didn't have luck with an older harmony model, but this one works great! Now people aren't so confused using our TV system. Would definitely recommend.

While still new to me, this remote seems to be a nice upgrade from previous versions with more functionality and better ease of use.

I like this remote a lot. I like that the screen lights up and it has a screen of favorites. Very easy to use but the screen is a bit touchy and quite expensive.

I was prepared for a battle setting this remote up for all of my technology, I was happily mistaken! The set up and interfacing was so easy to do it even runs my DirecTV and my playstation with an added IR receiver. Excellent remote for the money!

I got this remote on deal of the day for $99 plus hub from deal of the day for $49 and is working great. I connected my TV, Xbox One, Nvidia Shield, Wii and Wii U. Also works with Amazon Fire TV and Alexa. No more other remotes. Needs good setup and Ready to Go.

Simple to use remote .I either go to watch tv, watch a movie or listen to my radio.I recommend this if your looking for simplicity

This remote works great especially alongside the home hub. I don’t have any smart home equipment but the remote and hub work with my PlayStation, amazon fire and Apple TV with no problem. Set up is fairly simple if you have some basic tech savvy.

If you have a Harmony Hub, you definitely should grab this remote while its on-sale. The smartphone is fine, and the non-screen remote is okay as well, but for times when things don't turn on right, this remote makes it MUCH easier to work with.

After my dog chewed my original Harmony remote, I was forced to replace it. After some research, this model fit the bill to a tee. I definitely recommend this model. It's easy to program and quite easy to use. Just keep it out of reach of your dogs.

I bought this item from “Deal of the Day”. After setting it up on my computer, I was up and running. After using it for a few days, I had to do some fine adjustments. I love the favorite menue and one button to turn off all the equipment at night.

We love using one remote for all our devices associated with the tv. Very convenient!

This is one of the Best things I have bought in a long time. I wish I'd of bought one a long time ago!. It is very user friendly and was a snap to set up. A must have if you have multiple electronics in your TV/SOUROUND SOUND/BLU-RAY setup!!
