Remote took much longer to set up than expected & that was rather annoying. But able to program to my xbox 360 remote, spectre TV, & roku. Remote takes some getting used to to toggle between devices; after a couple days I got a hang of it. The touchscreen is bright & a nice feature. Glad I bought 2. But dread setting up 2nd one for bedroom. Battery life is good so far lasts about a week without a charge with normal use. The harmony app is only if you have a separate hub-which I dont.

Had a harmony 700 previously, terrible lag when turning on all my devices. This remote has minimal lag. Easy and intuitive to use.

Finally we have only one remote instead of 5! This remote is very easy to use. Love it!

I like this Harmony system. This particular handset however, while nice that is has the video screen, is difficult to hold in one hand and operate the DVR, Guide and Info buttons. They are so close to the bottom of the remote you almost have to hold it in two hands to use these buttons. If the screen was lower and the buttons below the screen were above the screen, you could easily hold and use the remote one handed for all of the buttons, only needing the second hand to use the touch screen.

It is a good quality product but the menu is a little bit slow and sometimes if you are to far of the receiver the command doesn't arrive to the receiver. Also the config upgrade is to slow.

This is the best RF remote I've owned - EVER. It's capabilities exceed what I expected.

I was looking for a nice touch screen remote. I had no problem shuffling between 2-3 remotes. The girlfriend on the other hand was much too confused. The set up was easy and didn't take long at all. It's a breeze to navigate through and simple enough for a child to use.

I was so impressed with this remote that I bought this one for my son.

This has to be bar far one of the best things I have purchased in my life. If I have three TVs and I have bought 5 of these just because I want to make sure that I have an extra just in case. you wont regret purchasing this.

We got this remote to replace our first Harmony that finally died after many years of service. This one gives us the ability to use it with more devices, and our Geek Squad tech did an outstanding job of setting it up. This device is more compact than our other one, so we have to be more precise when pressing the buttons. While we are still getting used to the new features, we are glad we made this purchase.

Great remote that is easy to set-up and use. Its a bit more expensive than standard universal remotes, but I enjoy it nonetheless.

Configuration of the remote was little tedious and the instructions provided were not good. Once setup it was fantastic to use.

Love this remote. The touchscreen is a bit sensitive, but once you get used to it it's amazing. I also love the favorites feature. The remote does more that control my audio/video equipment, I programmed my motorized window blinds into it as well.

Purchased to replace former model of this remote. Only issue is finding the keypad/numbers. It is in a submenu. Lots of functionality and relatively easy to use and learn how to use.

Wow, I tried this with my old tube tv didn’t work because I still need to turn the dial, works with all other TVs

Does everything you need it to and more, wouldn't use any other universal remote.

We love this product. I bought a Samsung TV floor model and it was missing remote. I was told that this remote would work like the Samsung remote and let me tell you it is the best. Highly recommend it.

Very easy to set up all your device to this one, but I was still more comfortable with my normal DirecTV remote.
