set up not easy need geek squad The geek squad was great

I was given a similar remote earlier this year and love it. So...I purchased two more for myself and a present. It’s simple and a very cool technology. I would highly recommend it.

I had model 700, key location, battery life and overall operation was easier. The battery life on the new one is poor, I do not leave it on the charger all the time like they recommend. No warning when the battery goes dead. I also miss the separate fast fwd keys and 30 advance keys. It was a good price though being on sale.

i had gotten the remote for my parents who are in their seventies. they liked the fact that we programmed all their favorite channels into the remote and all they had to do was look for the tv symbol

I love this remote. It’s the second one that I have in my home. It’s easy to setup and update and the app is absolutely awesome. I plan to buy another with the hub for my living room.

Impressive, feature-rich universal remote that can control all of your IR, RF, WiFi Games, Amazon TV in one stream lined device. Setting up takes a little work and not easy for more complicated Home Theater set ups. Despite its slight learning curve, it packs a feature rich menu in a sleek remote with color screen. I would definitely recommend for those with multiple devices who want to ditch the remotes.

Easy to program. Would like more on the channel Icons when putting in the favorite channels.

Nice remote. Battery life is not as long as I would like. Sometimes a little fussy but still nice.

This Harmony Logitech remote made it easy to program numerous electronic devices on this one remote, thereby eliminating several different remotes. Highly recommended.

I now have one remote to control all of my devices...GREAT. All of my devices except the TV are in a closet and the Harmony Ultimate Remote (with Hub) works seamlessly. HIGHLY recommended.

I've had harmony remotes for years and they continue to improve. The new software is easier to set up the remotes. The screen is nice and bright and you can swipe between different screens. Love it!!

Reviewed several remotes and ultimately decided on this one. I'm a gadget guy and I think the touch screen was my deciding factor. This is a great remote once you understand how it really works and get it set up correctly. I never have a problem with it unless my 8 year old manually turns things on/off. The trick to the remote is to use it and only it to control your devices, otherwise it gets confused and becomes a headache.

This is a great remote-compact and easy to use. Love having everything from TV to games to Blu Ray, etc., in one spot. I'm a great fan of Logitech products and would certainly purchase this again.

I love, love, love this remote. I must say that I am still working to get used to it but it is by far the best ever. I purchased 2 of them...one to use in my great room and the other in my home studio.

This remote is great! The functionality and install software is easy to use and very straight forward! Neat digital display as well! Happy to have one remote instead of 4!!

Got this for my dad for his birthday, Hardest part is having to get all the model numbers of your electronics. Super useful and it's great to be able to recharge instead of replace batteries.
