I purchased 2 of these to replace our 2 Harmony 880's, was able to set them up using the settings from my previous remotes with their online website. Both operate great.

I had some reviews that it was slow...i have had harmony remotes for years and have to say this is by far the best we have had. Took less than 5 mins to set up. Love it

Bought 2 - one for home with TV set up with sound bar and the other for home with home theater system. Set up not an issue except one remote refuses to recognize Yamaha ATS 1060 sound bar while the other does. Also that same remote will not operate updated Roku streaming stick as it is not IR. Had to turn on screen lock as each time I picked up remote, it entered an activity.

This remote was a great solution to the multi-remote problem I had before. I didn't need the Harmony hub so this was just what I needed to combine all of my IR remotes.

Works well in my bedroom, allows me to control Apple TV as well

I was a bit skeptical about this purchase due to some user reviews. I bought it as a gift and set it up for him. The setup took a little time but not too difficult, once it was working I was impressed. Pretty awesome, the screen looks very nice and the backlit keys are nice. Fits nicely in hand. One thing to think about is looking down at the screen, most remotes can be operated by feel without looking, the nice display requires a glance down to see what to press. However you can still use the physical buttons as well for most functions if you don't always want to use the screen. An impressive remote that I would recommend to friends tired of a mess of remotes for all their devices.

Bought this together with an LG OLED TV during Black Friday week. I use this at our bedroom as I already have the Elite in our living room. Took some time to get used to the button locations. Overall, it was a good purchase because it was on sale. If you are on budget and does not mind backlit, go for the Smart Control remote and if you want the best, go for the Elite remote.

This universal remote is great. It is easy to program and use. With the touch of one button you can turn on and operate all devices needed to watch TV or many other activities.

DId not receive specific instructions on installations so this was a problem. The logitech price was good and was on sale. You will need to have specific info: Model numbers etc for all the products you want to be controlled by one remote. . THe good thing about the product is that you do not need several devices to operate your TV, videos, Alexa etc. I would recommend it

Highly recommend if you need an all in one remote. Easy to use and Works with all my devices. Easy to program. Charging cradle helps keep Devices charged.

The remote is a great replacement for my old Harmony 650 remote that had failing buttons after 6 years. The sale price of $59 was very reasonable (full retail price is insane). The only feature I think this remote is missing is Bluetooth, it does not directly talk to the Amazon Fire TV (the Yamaha receiver passes the D-pad and ok buttons to the Fire TV).

Took me awhile to figure out how to copy all my old setup info from my old remote. The only thing that doesn't work right is the "Smart TV" setting. I have to resort to using my Samsung remote to get to the Smart hub. Really upset that Logitech does not offer free telephone support. Must pay even on a new product. That's ok though because I would have to talk with someone in Pakistan anyway...

Battery lasts about two and half days. Other than that it's great

Seems to work good. Had to also purchase a hub to make the stereo work.......

This is the second one I have bought so needless to say I am pleased with these remotes, easy set-up with my computer and nice versatility. No complaints.

It's nice just dealing with one remote that runs everything.

The screen is very touchy but once you get used to it it’s fine.

I love Harmony remotes. I hate having to use several remotes to watch TV or a movie and this takes care of that. Easy to program.
