Bought as a gift and they're been very happy with it. I feel the Harmony software has come a long way from what it was. They're much easier to program.

With a living room full of gadgets, managing all the remotes can be quite a pain. This was my second Harmony and everything from the software to the way it performs is well executed. Custom activities, macros, and button/touchscreen mappings make it possible to control every aspect of the devices from the perspective of someone using the the TVs/receiver/bluray/gaming system and just makes sense. TIP: If something didn't quite work right, use the "help" function, which re-sends the necessary commands and usually clears up any issues.

Easy to setup if you read the instructions, works with Roku boxes as well!! Easy to use and the touch screen is responsive as well.

This is a touch screen remote. With instruction from the Geek Squad team we are enjoying the upgrade. They programmed for us. We find it easy to use.

This is an awesome remote especially if you have tv sound bar blu ray player etc. You can reduce the 3 remotes to only 1!

Good and easy to use remote and not very expensive!

This remote replaced my older Harmony One which was not working properly anymore. This one is smaller and a couple of features require an extra step to work (eject for DVD). There is a slight learning curve but even for my aging mind I have been able to use it well.

Easy to set up and able to control all of your devices with one remote. Apple tv, Firestick, Sonos speakers, and even gaming.

The remote is a great idea and Logitech has definitely taken time to make setup as simple as possible, but the touch screen interface isn't very responsive and the programming is a lot of trial and error with manual configuration still needed. Once it works though, it's great!

Synced right up to my equipment. Works Great! Has trouble connecting every now and then but with the fix it now button it fixes the issue right away.

This remote can be very complicated at first and will take some time to set up and really get used to it. Besides having the hub to control additional devices the only thing that would truly make it better is a way to streamline the functionally to the physical buttons instead of flipping through devices settings on the screen.

It's so much easier to use than the other ones from Logitech, I would truly recommend these remote to anyone. You will not be disappointed at all.
