Unfortunately it would not recognize the Amazon fire stick. Since that is the devicewe use most frequently, we returned the remote

Expensive but not worth it

We have had one replaced and the second one is not as good as the Direct TV remote - I wish it had more options to resolve problems than calling the Geek Squad every time it does not work.

Working well and helpful Logitech staff for set up

Sad to shell out over $250 for a device that last only one year past the warranty. The on-line Logitech technical support was great and very patient helping me set up the new device.

Remote was very easy setting up utilizing downloaded software. The touch screen is very responsive in changing channels The help button works great If the remote fail to run its activity correctly. The menu system take a bit getting use to but once learn you will really see the outstanding function of this remote. Highly recommend purchasing this remote

I still feel like there is something missing for this to get a 5 rating. I replaced a remote that was 7 years old and this one doesn't seem that much different. Overall though, I'm satisfied.
