very easy to operate and fancy too. my little computer

Does a good job of integrating remotes. Does not tell you that the functions dont sync with the hub (have to get next model up for that). Works fine but the alexa functions can be wonky.

Remote works well but the battery doesnt last under heavy use. The location of the DVR controls is really bad on top of the remote.

Easy way to get all of your devices on one remote!

Really easy to program. Easy to use. kid friendly.

Page up/down button doesn't work. Finger touch screen doesnT work all the time. Manual off Internet is useless. Too difficult to understand. Too complex.

I really like it. But the setup was not easy you have to hook it up to a computer. I had to call customer service to help. They were really nice and walked me through it.

I've had a bunch of harmony removed. By far the best they came up with. Charging is helpful (no more batteries), the gesture screen is cool. AMD can hold plenty of devices.

This is a great remote and so very easy to program.

This remote is great it took me a few days to figure out how to best use this remote. But it is great tech that is useful for controlling my Apple Tv and my XBOX.

The set up is straight forward, but sync software will take you back to 1999 when syncing your palm pilot. Worked well enough for most devices, but couldn’t get over how laggy it was compared to the TiVo remote It was meant to replace. Followed all online advice, set the response delays to zero, repeats to zero, but there’s no fixing it. After a few hours trying to fit this device into my life, I’ll be returning.

Great unit, easier to program and use than the older units

The newer version has the buttons in better places but I own 2 of these and they work great. Control everything even my Philip hues lights.

Purchased this Logitech remote to use with Bang and Olufsen stereo since Logitech claims it works with Bang and Olufsen stereo equipment. It looks like a good quality product that is somewhat complex with many functions. Setup is time consuming and requires downloading and installing files for your particular tv, stereo, video equipment. Well, it wouldn’t operate my stereo whatsoever. It did operate my Samsung tv and directv box. I would recommend this remote with reservations.

I took a chance and purchased this remote not quite sure what I'd get. What I got was a fantastic remote that does everything I could ask at a great price. One of the reasons I hesitated is because I owned Logitech Remotes 10 years ago and they had an annoying delay. No longer. This is perfect.

I bought because I lost the remote to our tv, therefore couldn’t change the input. This was more difficult to program than stayed and does not work with our cable dvr

We upgraded to this after our 11 year old Harmony One started to not hold a charge. This remote is smaller and more powerful. Once initial setup is complete it works flawlessly. Being able to edit your "favorites" from the remote is a great addition. Intuitive to use. Highly recommend it.

Bought it to replace an old harmony. Paired it with my harmony hub. It's good but the price is a little you high for what it delivers.
