The Harmony is my go to remote, I've set this remote up for myself and others. The harmony is very easy to setup, specially if you are just doing basic activities. For regular users the only time I would recommend help with installation is if you want second zones, special buttons, etc programmed into the remote.

I got this remote on a daily deal, hoping it would be more user-friendly in the dark than my Harmony Home remote that has no backlight. This remote not only has backlit keys, but also an intuitive touchscreen. It paired easily with my existing hub so no additional programming was necessary.

Nice remote. It has a pretty responsive screen my only issue is with the play/stop/ forward button the top. I prefer it better then wat it’s placed on my harmony one

Every member of my family had challenges using multiple remotes for our TV, sound and blu-ray. Now one does it all. It took a little training, but problem solved.

Such a cool product but the setup is not for all. Can be very confusing so if you are not a tech savvy person, contact someone who is or the geek squad for set up.

Overall a good remote. Only issues I have is with the macros. Sometimes the steps do not register. Probably just need to add a delay between functions.

This remote does it all and even corrects my mistakes. The help button really works, and I no longer need 4 or 5 remotes. It would seem to be a bit tricky to program, and the Geek Squad did it for be with ease, no fuss and for that I am most gratefull.

we had the first unit which had the number pad, this unit does not have the number pad, or channel search by "page". It does have a "favorite" channel reserve, so is just another way of searching, but still like entering the channels by numbers.

Would give it 5 stars if it was able to incorporate the voice control capability of the apple tv and dish network remotes, but overall works as advertised.

We got this after we got the elite for our main system. Already had the hub so just added this to replace the older Harmony One that was passed down from the main system. The number buttons are really small but that's Ok. Mostly the same functionality as the elite just minus the rf.

Very nice remote. Alot of functions, fits well in hand and charge lasts a good bit.

W devices that it works w, if u have new/expensive stuff, u r gud 2 go. We have a pyle av receiver, unit said compatible but wud not control pyle at all

Geek Squad has been out twice (fantastic guy). For some reason the programming does not stay - unsure of what to do. Scheduling Geek Squad again.

This little remote is amazing! It controls my Samsung 4K TV, Dish receiver, Dish DVR, 4K DVD player, and room lighting controls. The touch screen makes it simple, and the menus are straightforward. I've always avoided getting a universal remote, but this little device has changed my mind!

Does good job with normal tv, dvd, vcr, media storage, etc. Will turn on/off Roku but does not handle the misc functions. Still have to use Roku remote for that.

Just waiting to see if it lasts longer than the last remote. So far it seems like a good remote. The last logitech remote cradle died and logitech doesn't sell replacement cradles.

I like this remote so far. It works well, but is a little more confusing than my old Harmony remotes. I like that it has a charging base.

Better than older version but still has some glitches and does not support all the devices (TVs, Dish DVR and gaming etc, Amazon fire stick).

its a cool looking remote, function as expected but the touch screen is too slow and sensitive..gets annoying
