This is the second Harmony that we have purchased. I like using it but my husband thinks it is too small for his hands and he sometimes has trouble using it because it is sensitive and changes channels when he doesn't want to change channels.

works well 90% of the time. The touch screen is very sensitive and you have to be careful to touch the exact thing or it will send you to the wrong station.

Superb. All of my devices are now controlled with my new Harmony. Had the older model andecided to upgrade to this advanced model when I purchased my new TV. High Tech can store all of my favorites and bring up on the new touch pad. To many features to mention. Very pleased.

Amazing product; however, i wish it has a way to turn on and off a particular device when it is associated with other devices/activity.

If you have a complex entertainment center, then you need a Harmony remote and this is the best one out their! Only down fall is the Blu-Ray functions are a little hard to use as the buttons are at the top of the remote and a little small. However, I would buy this remote again in a heart beat!!!!

Great remote, had Harmony for years, this one is a little harder to use. Have trouble getting the screen to turn on. Second one I own

Device does exactly what it states it does. Some devices are not supported but still the basics can be done. Instructions are a bit lengthy but informative.

There’s more to this remote than “meets the proverbial eye”. Set up is easier when you have all the information on each device first.

This remote is great for controlling your home theatre and lights. Must purchase harmony hub to get everything working properly.

A ok controller, but make sure you look at the Harmony Home contoller because it does much more by radio control if your entertainment pieces are hidden.

This is a great remote. Very streamlined and works with all my devices. Would give 5 stars but battery life to way too short between charges.

The set up was easy and this works a lot better than the remote that came with the tv. Its also nice to be able to use just one remote for the blu ray player and the tv instead of having to keep multiple remotes handy by my side.

I've had several universal remotes and there's always one or a few things that don't work on each or some of your components With this remote, everything works and is responsive. The interface is a little confusing at first but once you understand it, it's great.

Got this as a deal of the day for under $100.00, once I had this programmed it has worked great, this is my second harmony remote.

Overall I am happy with this product. You need to make sure you have a laptop with usb input to set up the product. Some of the new macbooks do not have this and were not compatible with setup process. I have had some issues when turning on my tv. The input starts correctly, but then goes to the wrong input and I have to fix it every time. It is a great to consolidate all of my remotes, but definitely not flawless.

this remote does a good job of replacing other remotes...but it is very sensitive to touch and the buttons are somewhat small...overall, I like it.

The remote is simple to set up and easy to use but only when it wants to work. Half the time it will not power on the devices so once you turn them on individually through the remote it works fine. But its really frustrating that it only works when it wants to. Even had Geek Squad look at it and they couldn't fix it. Going to return and get a new one to see if its just an issue with this remote.

One word sums up this device...fantastic! This is the 3rd Harmony Remote I have purchase over the last few years. I have this very remote with hub on 3 of 4 of my TVs. Seriously thinking about purchasing a 4th!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

It gets the job done but has it's glitches, it's not as smooth as would like it to be, but besides that it works well.
