Logitech is still pretty proud of the price on their remotes, but a price match helped tremendously. This is so much better than the previous remote I had! It's easy and best of all has a charging cradle, so no more need of batteries.

Bought this to upgrade for Bluetooth and Amazon Alexa features. Had been very happy with the earlier 700 model. This one has a too sensitive touch screen, the pause/fast forward button does not respond properly, infrared needs to be pointed precisely, programming gets disrupted if a different remote is used. Alexa skills not functional

satisfied with remote but feel installer good have done better and helped me with adding channels an Alexa especially after paying 100.00

If you are looking for a mid priced universal remote that trumps all others you have found the remote. Great features and customization to your liking.

Did not need full control as with the Elite model, so this was the best alternative to having control of multiple systems within the barn.

The lights on the remote makes this device worth the cost and the ability to set favorite stations is a plus along with the Philip hue light controler.

Handset was too small to use efficiently. Buttons too small would often get incorrect request chosen. Bad in the box directions.

Replacing a 650 purchased last year... just thought not having to purchase batteries would be enough of a win at the Black Friday price but this unit is so much better!! Solid feel in your hand, feedback on selections, etc..

If you a person like me that has ton of remotes you should get one of these because its an all in one solution. It also work with apple tv which those remotes get lost fast. Battery life is good.

This is a great universal remote. I love the favorite channel display and the color touch screen. I also like how the illumination can be set for various amounts of time, which helps preserve battery life. The handy charging cradle is a plus as well.

I love how you can customize your favorite channels. Only complaint would be the LCD is kinda dim and low resolution.

Purchased this remote to try and simplify our lives when watching tv. I was hoping to put all the remotes away except for one. I find this frequently misses a signal and then takes a while to get the device to turn on, switch stations,etc. I find it just as quick and easy to pick up the individual remotes and tell the device what to do. It did not really simplicity the process of watching tv, cable, movies.

Good product for TV remote but it has issues working with Alexa sometimes. Haven't been able to solve the problem yet

gets lost in my black couch all the time. Should've got the white model. They should have a remote finder option or more colors.

It dose great with my downstairs setup but not to well upstairs. Don’t really know why, maybe my equipment...

I was a little hesitant as this product is not cheap. It was effortless to set up since I had already had an older Harmony remote. I works perfect. I was also surprised at how much faster our devices respond to controls.

I bought it for my wife so she could work all the equipment. I can use it just fine, but she still has issues.

We have had this remote for a little over a month now. I bought it while it was on sale, and it even linked up to control the Xbox. However frequently it does not turn on the devices and you have to go back and individually turn on the ones that didn’t turn on. We don’t use it very much now because of that.
