This device, in theory, is great. But way too complicated to operate, especially in the dark. Yes, three our four remotes...pain in the butt, but they get the job done for me much easier. AND I don't know if it's the fault of this device, but for some reason, out of the blue, Crackle takes over the tv and I end up going to the Sony remote to get back to watching my show. two words....too complicated!

Ive owned numerous Logitech remotes but this one hands down is awesome. I love the home screen allows you touch the channel you want to watch and itll hold up to 75 channels to touch and itll turn to that channel. Its so sick

Still works and took some abuse. A bit over priced.

remote works great after initial configuration, needed an IR repeater to get signal to devices

This remote makes it easier to control all devices. Only downside is no radio frequency for this remote.

I've always had good luck with Logitech projects. This one is no exception. I bought it 60% off the price on Black Friday and does everything I need it to do for my Samsung Smart TV.

This is the supposed upgrade to the Harmony One, and the upgrades are readily apparent, but over all, the remote is not as easy to use. But for the price I paid, well worth the slight inconvenience.

This is my second Logitech harmony remote, and while I’m a big fan of Logitech as a company, I’m just not sure how I feel about this remote. They have done a great job of making it easy to set up and get it started providing you know your way around a computer. The product works great as it says, but I’m not sure it makes it any more convenient for me.

Only thing preventing a 5-star rating is that it does not like working with my Polk Audio Soundbar

This is the end all, be all of universal remotes. Every device you could possibly imagine is probably compatible with this remote. Allows you to get rid of all of your remotes and store them away.

This remote replaces all remotes you can possibly use. It works with a sound bar, Roku, Samsung Ultra 4K, programmable for other TV's in the house. I love the screen and how it shows pictures of the devices.

I had been looking for an upgrade from my Logitech Harmony 650. Looking thru the deals of day and came across this remote at a great price that I could not let pass by. Happy with my purchase.

The remote works great but the touch screen is kind of finiky.

Took some "Tweeking" but we have 5 things running off of it. Geek Squad did a fine job installing it.

If you are looking for a quality remote to control all of your home theater devices then this is a good option. Still can't control my PS4 with it but that should be resolved eventually (not necessarily Harmony's fault).

This remote is the perfect upgrade to the Logitech Harmony Hub. Sometimes the Harmony App is a little slow on it's own, and it's nice to have a physical remote at the ready.
