Finally have a solution where I don’t have to spend forever heading down remotes in my house. Touch screen is a neat “gadget” to have, takes a while togetbuse to it however.

This remote is truly awesome. Control all of your home theater with ease. The ability to custom program makes this one of the most versatile remotes on the market

I don't know how people can live without this device. I upgraded from a previous model and am truly happy with the way I can control, literally, every device in my home.

I have used Harmony remotes for several years. Some good, some not as good. This remote has been the best so far. No real problems and it seems to train itself as you use it.

The set up is needlessly complicated, need to download a desktop app, little to no information online outside of app. The app itself is easy to use. Unfortunately the remote, which started out great died today. Online help is useless, desktop app doesn’t reset remote as promised. Will be returning ASAP.

This was a christmas gift for my boyfriend and its been awesome!! i love that we dont have 5 remotes laying around everywhere now. It was easy to program and easy to use!!

I purchased the infrared version, instead of the radio model. I wanted to try the infrared first. Works great, but I wish i had gone for a better version. Easy to use, set up in minutes by geek squad.

This remote does everything from tvs to lights! Customization is unreal.

Love this remote! Does everything we need it to and more. High res touch display is also a plus. Would recommend over some other options that might cost more $$

I got this so I could turn my samsung tv and home theater unit on at the same time with one remote. Has a few things to get used to as it still requires me to chose my tv so I can select my source input. Took 2 tries to get the very slow internet required software to acctualy connect to the remote so it could be programed.

Product works well but I think I would but the wireless next time for ease of updating.

I cannot live without this remote. If you're serious about your home entertainment, this product is a no brainer. Very much worth the extra money for the upgrade.

Does not sync with bose soundbar if you use alexa to run music through. Have to use boze remote to get back sound volume. I believe its a problem with Sony Alexa's sound going through the TV and turning off the Bose sound bar. if your using the TV sound which is good then the remote is great

This is a good product but it would even be better if there was voice activation on it.

Harmony is easy to use. More times than not, my Samsung TV will not syc with the sound bar and cable box. The help feature or fix it yourself feature allows the user to easily syc your devices.

I want to love it, I really do. But something about its lag when operating devices makes this thing a chore. Dont get me wrong, it does EVERYTHING, but just not smooth enough for me to enjoy using it. I always find myself looking down at it, trying to "figure it out" instead of it being more intuitive.

I have been thinking about buying a universal remote for a long time but just didnt know where the technology was. I got this remote on a great deal and it has been amazing!

I got this one in a daily deal and cheaper than usually. It's amazing.
