I bought this remote for a good price. You can store your device codes on an APP. That was a plus. However, I did not see the difference between this remote control than the others you can buy for $10. It may be more features to this remote, I just could not figure it out.

Okay for the sale price, but has some issues. Took about 2 hrs to get it working with all of our devices and most of that on the phone with tech support. Though we've found ways to work around some of the issues, I think I'd spring for a newer model if I were to buy again.

I upgraded from my older harmony remote. My other was about 8 years old. Love the quality and feel of this remote. Customization is top knotch.

The logitech remote's touch screen is problematic and is difficult to handle.. You need to hold the top with one hand, while you push the buttons on the bottom of the remote-but must be careful not to touch the screen whilst doing so.....and there are endless options. I have reached an age where I am not looking for a thousand uses for my universal remote-I look for ease and simplification. We have not used our surround sound in ages because it is not set up in an intuitive way. You need to plow through the manual to figure out how to listen to the sound for the TV....but it was the only universal available at Best Buy that day-and they seemed to be pushing it...

Easy to see display, helps with clutter only one remote on the table

We've really enjoyed this remote because it literally controls everything that we needed it for. Even bought my Dad one for his entertainment system.

THIS REMOTE IS AWESOME, THE HARDEST PART ABOUT IT WAS THE SETUP. IT STILL TAKE ME A MINUTE TO REMEMBER HOW TO NAVIGATE BACK AND FORTH THRU MY DEVICES. BUT IT WORKS REALLY WELL.

I do not like how the buttons are compared to other models.

Got this for my parents to help them try and figure out how to watch tv or a blu ray. They has too many remote to figure it out. This helped them greatly!

This controller does a really nice job at getting rid of old controllers

I already have one of these for our main living room and love it. So of course when I outfitted my game room in my barn loft I just had to get a second one.

I loved it but my parents hate it. To complicated but if your tech friendly you’ll like it. It got returned because my parents hate it.

Works as expected! No need for the 4 remotes I used to use.

Ended up returning the device, because it didn't really work as well as hoped with some devices. For certain products primarily that use RF for remote, it won't work properly. You have to be VERY accurate with the remote as well, or else it won't register.

All of my video devices controlled with one remote. And I got it on sale. Battery has lots of life in it. So far no problems and it works great

The touch screen does not work when pressed on occasion. Sometimes it will go to another page instead of the commands on the page you are trying to use
