great remote, control everything you want in the house

Controls all my devices. Screen is laid out intuitively and we like the sleep timer that turns off all the devices at the same time.

Works as indicated. I like that its rechargeable. It does feel like it needs a cover because I would not want to drop it on my hardwood floors

No major issues with the remote. Does what I need it do.

I had a Harmony universal remote prior to this one and it was great. This remote is very inconsistent and not user friendly. I've had Geek Squad out four times and they can't seem to fix it. I'm planning on returning or exchanging.

This device is so complex and cumbersome, I don't know why Best Buy recommended this for my 80yr old grandparents. However, if you want 1 device to rule them all (TV, sound bar, Nest, small children, barking dog next door) then this is the remote for you!

Really love not using batteries. Was able to put all of our equipment on ot.

Good remote but it's very pricey for what it does. It's a basic universal remote with a touch screen. That's all. Takes some time to switch between the remote menus for each device. Getting a basic universal remote probably would've been faster.

Numerous problems with tv connectivity before this remote was purchased. Multiple connection electronics were paired wonderfully!!

This works so well with all of my devices and I am specifically impressed with being able to go through all the menus on the Xbox

The only problem is some of the main buttons we use are at the bottom of the remote which is not as user friendly. We do like the charging stand.

I would purchase another as I do like the product an use often

Have been using this model for years. It appears they are retiring the model, and deeply discounting. At under $100, it's a steal.

This here remote works great for all my devices. Once you input your Remote information its great and i got it at a Great Price

do you have too many remotes .....while here is the fix for you and it has a lot of features that make it a toy from the future

its was able to control every device I have in my house perfectly. Only thing missed that would be even better is RF for the directv boxes.

I've owned several logitech remotes in the past and this one has the shortest battery life I've ever seen. I had the Logitech 1100 before this and the battery would sometimes last a couple weeks without having to be charged. I only switched over to the Ultimate because the old 1100 wasn't compatible with some of my newer devices. With this one I added the hub and use an Amazon Echo more that I use the actual remote. And I still have to charge the remote every 3 to 4 days with no use. More times than not when I grab the remote it is completely dead and I have to put it on the cradle.

Could change a few things. I like that it turns on everything.

Device was relatively easy to program. Once programmed it works perfectly to control all my devices at once. Very easy to use.
