    The remote is pretty. Has good basic functions. But isn’t as smart as Harmony would have you believe. The remote and hub can be quirky at times. Performing mulitlple functions isn’t always as easy as it should be.

    My newer model Samsung TV isn't listed in the software and the alternate method of forcing a fit don't seem to work. I am very disappointed. Waiting for a while to see if they ever update the software to include my model. If and when i can get it to work on my system I may re-rate this product.

    The features and the screen built in for other functions is good, but it needs a numeric keypad. Also, you have to link this up with your computer to program. Would like to see it with some form of wireless programming similar to Harmony hub devices.
