no indicator light to show if caps lock is on or off, so everytime you enter a password you don't know if caps are on, also have to reset every other day removing the batteries,

It has trouble keeping a connection . Would spend more to get more.

Un able to use will all the application on my samsung television

Bought new, but came as a used item. Very disappointed. It shows wears and tears on some buttons and some fingerprints. I have to fully sanitize it during such days!

Doesnt seem to be user friendly. Will keep trying to connect..

I love this little keyboard. It is compact and lightweight and functions perfectly! I bought this keyboard to use in my workshop. I wanted a simple, all in one compact keyboard. I didn't want to worry about loosing the mouse or cords of any kind. This item fits the bill. First off, it's a Logitech. IMHO Logitech is the 'go to' as far as mice, keyboards and remotes. I own quite a few and have had zero problems. Secondly, this keyboard is small, but still quite functional as far as typing. The touch pad (I'm usually not a fan of them) works perfectly. I hooked the keyboard up to a PC running Windows 10. It was immediately recognized and started working. So no compatibility issues whatsoever. Another thing I liked is the keyboard doesn't have those little plastic feet that flip down. They always seem to get broken off. The keyboard has rubber feet and is thick enough to allow the perfect typing height. I can't say enough good things about this keyboard. I really like it. I think I will pick up another for my security camera server. The on/off switch allows me to turn off the keyboard so I don't waste batteries. (OH btw, batteries are included too!) The only thing I don't like about this keyboard is the packaging. BE careful!!!! The keyboard USB dongle is very small and tucked into the lip of the packaging. Very easy to over look and throw away after unboxing.

No numeric pad. Functinal keys are confusing for desktop user

I bought this keyboard because my laptop keys were beginning to fail one by one. This keyboard worked for a few months and then it also failed. I guess I got what I paid for. The price was low, but the quality was low, too.

It sucks we pointed to the laptops we wanted and thought we were buying with a 15" screen but when they showed up they had 13.5 screens. Train you employees better

Small and compact, but keyboard buttons felt a little stiff.

Touchpad was not working correctly so i have to return it.

This is a low quality keyboard. I purchased ithis in an attempt to make my laptop function when the keyboard stopped working. The trackpad is really terrible, doesn't work well. If you like a tight repsonsive keyboard experience, spend a bit more to get a bit more.

I purchased two different brands according to sales recommended neither would work with my new Samsung 8000 series television. This keyboard might work with other models, but not this television.

Although our Best Buy salesman recommended this keyboard for use with a Samsung 4K HDTV we were purchasing, the Geek Squad installers were unable to get it to pair with the TV, despite several attempts, leaving us with no choice but to return it to the store.

Sometimes the keys will type the same letter multiple times just with a single press Sometimes the press of the keys wouldnt type the letters. catches up after missing a word or two

I tried two Samsung wireless keyboards for use on my Samsung J5500 smart TV, but neither one worked. I contacted Samsung and found they don't currently have one for my model. I was told my smart TV has been designed to work with "HID compliant devices", which I found the Logitech K-400 keyboard does. I plugged the dongle that came with the keyboard into the USB on the back of the TV, turned the keyboard on and was connected to my TV immediately. As I sit comfortably on my couch, everything works as easily as using my PC.....searching the web, checking emails, etc. The built-in touchpad works great too. This keyboard has a 33 foot range.....it's absolutely PERFECT!!
