Posted .Hi Saeen! Sorry to see that you're having issues with your K400 Plus keyboard. It looks like this particular keyboard is not compatible with your device because it needs the to use the included Unifying receiver in order to work properly. You can however, use any Bluetooth compatible keyboard with your iPad as long as it is updated to the latest iOS software.

This is probably not to the fault of the keyboard, but beware that despite being a “tv” keyboard, it will not work with everything on your tv.
