Junk. It sorta works, but not well

It has poor keying that it highly sensitive to the lightest brush of a finger passing by. It adds extra letters all the time everywhere. I don't like it at all. I think the wireless is affected by any outside interference too. I'm looking for a new wired one now. The mouse that came with it is no bargain either.

I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for your K400. Here you will find product guides, software downloads and further support. I recommend downloading the “Options” software for customization if you have not already done so. I apologize for the issues that you have experienced. The “Options” software adjustments may offer adjustments that would better suit your preferences. I also recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. If you are still experiencing issues, please use the “Unifying” software to reestablish the connection between the USB receiver and K400 Keyboard with touchpad. I hope these suggestions resolve the issues that you experienced. For further support. Please visit the Logitech website.

I bought this item expecting to be shocked and amazed at what i can do from 10 meters away... I get the laptop i get the batteries installed i get the owners manual then i get... Nothing else... No USB Receiver. The Woe is me is at an all time high because now i cant use the item at all. Whoever packed this box and probably countless others needs to be fired... {No that will mess up his christmas} well retrained then. Im not a happy best buy customer right now because i have to write this on my tiny phone. Instead of my giant tv from a distance. Thank god for Junior on the best buy hotline... He helped soften the blow by giving me $10 refund to my credit card but still... the item is useless at the moment. How hard was it to put a tiny piece in the box??? And by the way did i forget to mention... Nobody knows the price of the unifying usb piece so that $10 might be under paying me. Im not gonna curse even though i want to so bad. Look forward for more reviews from me. Be careful buying anything now people.
