Not necessarily the fault of the product, maybe was just a bad choice.

Posted .Hello Jaydeezy, I'm sorry to hear the mouse function on your K400 wasn't working properly. It sounds like your issue can be solved by downloading our Logitech Options software, which you can use to customize the keyboard and mouse for better use. The great part is once you make a change, it stays, so you don't have to mess with the software over and over to get it to work properly.

Lower your standards and you'll be happy

The cheapest of cheap components that I wouldn't have expected from a company like Logitech are used to construct the entire thing. Track pad is more like lag pad and keys feel like you're typing on Cheerios. Returned this piece of junk immediately and ordered the Logitech K600—which is far superior in every way except price, but you get what you pay for.
