Posted .Hello skipper, Very sorry to hear that the K400 Plus stopped working after just a couple months and after Best Buy's warranty. Fortunately, this keyboard does come with a 1 year limited hardware manufacturer's warranty. The K400 uses a USB receiver to connect with a Windows 7, 8, 10 or later; Android 7 or later; and Chrome OS. For a tablet, I would suggest using the K380 which connects via Bluetooth. I am sorry that you have experienced connectivity issues with you K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard, I would like to help. The K400 keyboard uses a Unifying USB receiver for wireless connectivity. I recommend downloading the Logitech “Options” software for customization. The “Firmware Update Tool” will ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates, and you can use the “Unifying“ software to reestablish the connection if you are still experiencing connectivity issues.
