Works with Samsung Smart tv 8500

Initially the keyboard was not responsive even though the mouse was. Never had issues with getting the mouse to connect only the keyboard. In a moment of disgust I started hitting every function key and soon noticed the keyboard was working. Not sure which one was the right one but don't give up hope if it doesn't respond like you like at first.

Now I don't use this item at a long distance, about 5 ft. but I have had Zero issues, every key stroke is there, and no lag. I had an older wireless that was so bad I sold it at a yard sale cause it wasnt even worth having. I would go as far as saying I would buy another one for my mother. (and I have to fix all of her problems)
