    Great Keyboard for media room

I bought this keyboard to use with a PC stick plugged into my TV. Works great for this purpose. Big enough to be practical for typing and small enough to still sit on your knees so you don't need a supportive board underneath. Great range and mechanical feel on the keys. If I had to criticize something I would say that the track pad is a little too sensitive when sensing a 'tap'. I sometimes hold it like a tray and the heat from my thumb triggers a tap when the cursor on screen is above a button on screen that I don't necessarily want to press. This wouldn't stop me from buying this product I just have to be mindful of the sensitivity. Battery life so far has been excellent and seems to turn itself off when not in use which is awesome cause I almost always forget to turn it off.

Great value and function. Still has the receiver, some of the Logitech media keyboards are bluetooth only and I think thats a fail, personally. The key presses are standard but reliable. The mouse pad should be considered as a backup only but it works well and is nice to have if your mouse isn't nearby. Has a place to store the dongle inside. Its light. Battery lasts forever. Great keyboard. I use it in the living room attached to my media PC, with a rollerball mouse.

I won't give it a 5 star because the older logitech versions of this keyboard were a bit more sturdy but this is a virtual necessity if you use a big tv as a computer monitor anywhere in your house Another reason it got 4-stars... the dongle.. why no bluetooth? The reason i got this one is because i lost the dongle to my older one. the batteries last forever it feels slightly flimsy but it takes more abuse than any computer product i've ever owned... (drops from couch etc) and it's cheap to replace if it does break. Did i mention it works? It's good enough for linus tech tips to use on their streams :)

I purchased this when I spilled soda on my office laptop. It was gonna be a few days before I would get a replacement and had to finish some urgent deliverable. 1. This keyboard works perfectly for Windows/Mac. Used it on both. 2. It also works well with my Samsung SmartTV. U can say goodbye to the 'Typing with Remote using 4-way Scroll key' 3. Range is pretty descent. I used it across my living room at about 15ft, didn't Face any lag. 4. Has options to 'Turn on' and 'Choose Left or Right' alignment for keys. 5. Had to refer the user guide for functions such as 'Screen Print' but wasn't difficult to manage once you know the combinations. Overall a nice light-weight universal wireless keyboard which you can buy at a reasonable price.

    Great Couch Keyboard

This keyboard is ideal if your on a budget and you want something wireless to use from your couch if you have your computer hooked up to a TV for gaming. The trackpad works just fine and the keys are quiet but feel great. When your not using it, there’s a little switch that allows you to turn the keyboard off so you can move it where ever you like without the worry of pressing anything and to also save battery life. The keyboard is a tad small and the keys are tight for my liking, but for the price and the small usage, it works great!

I have used this keyboard at home and work for several months. I have the predecessor model, the Logitech K400, which I liked very much. Overall, it is very reliable and works very well with Windows and Linux (Debian and Ubuntu that I have tested). I have also the Microsoft combo keyboad + touchpad and in comparison, this model has less compatibility issues, although a little bigger touch area would make it better. The left click button on the top left makes it very ergonomic and good to use while holding it and without a flat surface to work on. The Logitech button is bigger than the Microsoft counterpart, which in this case it is a desirable feature. For work, I prefer this model over the Microsoft. Compatibility and battery life seem better. It is also lighter.

Lifesaver! I have my computer hooked up to my TV as well as a monitor, primarily so I can watch movies on it without having to sign on multiple devices and then load up whole other apps anytime I want to switch from Youtube to Netflix or whatever. I've tried lap desks, but they're meant for laptops, not a keyboard and a mouse, and just never felt comfortable in my lap. This has been so helpful! While the trackpad won't win you any games, it's serviceable enough. I find it really annoying to use sometimes, but I also don't like trackpads in general. Though an extra weird thing is the scroll works the opposite of a mouse scroll which can mess me up! But overall, it's been fantastic to use, especially for the price!

I like the size of the device and the muted sound of the keys. Also the look of the whole thing; nice and compact. But I am not a touch pad user (I use a mouse) and wanted to disable it because every time my fingertip brushes it the cursor moves. I have NOT been able to disable it, in spite of tips about FN-plus-right (or left) touch pad button. (That key combo does NOT disable the touch pad on my device.) . . .Also, the up, down, right and left arrows are crowded way down into a tiny space in the corner; much too small . . . GOOD FEATURE: that this device is wireless rather than BlueTooth. My household has had lots of trouble with BlueTooth; I like the fact that this device works simply with a dongle, which can be applied to ANY other computer in our house . . . All in all, a good purchase and well worth it. Works fine!

I really like that this keyboard powers on immediately and it's immediately recognized by my LG C1 Series TV. Touchpad works really well and the keys feel good. One could probably bend it and crack it if you really tried (or sat on it really hard) since it's very light and thin but I like the weight and form factor for the couch.

Great little keyboard for the price. Has good range, battery life is good even when I leave it on all the time. It's been months and I'm still on the original batteries. The touchpad is a little small, but it works great holding it like a game controller. The left mouse button on the top left of the keyboard by the left hand is an awesome touch.

    Great for couch surfing

I bought this to go with a Dell Optiplex Chromebox I bought off eBay. The main purpose was couch surfing, so my basic requirements were: 1: Wireless 2: Integrated trackpad It obviously meets those two requirements and the unit works fine. Would I want to write a novel with it? Absolutely not. Is it adequate for light usage such as couch surfing and the like? Yes. Complaints: 1: A bit too small. Would like to see it with just slightly larger keys and better key travel (i.e. be suitable for actual typing) 2: A bit on the cheap side with feel, especially with the mouse buttons. But overall, and especially if you catch it on sale, it's a very good value.

Great keyboard, no bluetooth, paired to one device

Setup was plug-and-play, battery life is great, trackpad is smooth and natural, keyboard and key sizes are comfortable. My two complaints are that I wish this keyboard was bluetooth capable, so that a unifying receiver would not be required, and that the keyboard could pair to multiple devices/unifying receivers (the Performance Mouse MX does both of these for example) but that is not a problem with the product and does not take away any stars. All in all, I am definitely purchasing another if it goes on sale and would definitely recommend the keyboard.

Excellent Keyboard & Touch Pad - But...

The keyboard and the touchpad themselves are great! The problem is not getting support with the various streaming companies -- YouTube in particular -- to make these keyboards really useful. If I recall there was not much in the way of documentation to show you how to make good use of the keyboard. Also, it would be nice if the keyboard had the ability to turn the "Smart" TV on and off instead of having to rely on the remote that comes with the TV for that. Things that could be improved are: 1. better communitcation with the TV itself and 2. better functionality with the Streaming Services. Maybe send the Streaming services free API documentation and super easy to use software so that it would be an absolute no brainer for the streaming services to not support the keyboard. 3. Also, in relation to the keyboard and powering on and off the TV itself -- the ideal situation would be to give the keyboard Universal Remote functionality so that it could replace all the remotes. I hate having a bunch of remotes for everything. This keyboard could have solved that -- but it does not. So now I have a bunch of remotes and the keyboard cluttering up my limited apartment living room space. I find that not being able to turn the TV on and off causes me to use the remote instead of the keyboard -- even though the keyboard is a far superior experience. This is a definite weakness in the design of the keyboard itself and really should be improved as soon as possible. If the keyboard already has this capability and by some chance I have not learned how to do it -- then this is a serious flaw in the lack of adequate documentation for the keyboard. If anyone has this keyboard and knows how to make it do any or all of the things that I am wanting to do with it -- please let me know. Thank you.

After buying a smart TV, my husband and i got tired of using the remote to search for stuff pn youthbe and we not always had out phones with us (you can pair devices for faster browising) so we decided to look for a small and lightweight wireless keyboard. We purchase this in one of the local best buy stores and compared to others, this was one of the smallest and the one that offered all the features we wanted. The mouse pad works nicely and they keys are not loud compared to other models. The great thing about this was that it was on sale. I would definitely recommend this item
