Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The software is terrible and doesn't have a feature to make changes via the app. You have to plug into the NVR system with a monitor to be able to make changes and the interface is cumbersome and poorly designed. Overall, I purchased this product because of the 2-way audio and 4k resolution so I was willing to deal with a poor-quality interface. However, 2 years in and one of my cameras doesn't work at all and I've realized that the software is so buggy it changes settings all on its own. Also, the person detection software picks up birds, cats, and plants swaying in the wind as people and pick me up as a vehicle. Save your money and figure out a better option. I'm still trying.
